Dr R. Alfonso was a caring dentist and very generous person. She does above and beyond to her patients that is why they keep coming back. A dentist that really care for your well being is a great feeling specially for low
Income people that can’t afford. Very patiently attentive to your needs. Keep up the great job.

I had an x-ray taken. I asked for a copy of the x-ray. New Image Dentistry didn't respond. A completely different different office sent me a consent form. Really! An office I had no knowledge of sent me the consent form. I responded to their request asking why they were asking for consent when I had not done business with them. I emailed both offices and have not gotten a response from either. It's been 4 days. I hope I don't have a problem with my insurance. I think they expect people to just let it go. I will fight this. Oh yeah, all they did was take 1 x-ray and refer me to their friend. Shady practice.

Not much parking available with only a few street parking spaces in front of the entrance to their offices. I've driven past a few times and noticed parking is full; although, we visited on a day when we had the first appointment so we found parking. My concern is if you are not the first appointment of the day not certain parking would be available. A couple of shopping plaza's are fairly close by and assume you might be able to park temporarily but would be fairly concerned with getting towed.

The visit itself seemed to go fine with the cleaning and check-up so no complaints for me. My wife was excited that the provider was Filipina and could speak Tagalog that made her feel comfortable. However, this quickly dissipated after she asked for some dental work to be done that the dentists supported and clinic was to process for insurance pre-approval with a scheduled follow-up appointment but clinic cancelled and weeks later no action on their part. The few times we've called either a manager is out or system is down so they have not provided any update on obtaining a pre-approval/predetermination on the procedure. I suppose will see if we hear from them on Monday, but will not be the first time they promised to call with an update but did not do so.

I was very diassappointed with their service. My son is under 18 and I like to see what he was getting done and they didn't even offer a place to seat while I was waiting. They also gave me weird looks because I was standing there. They are not friendly at all and what is worse is that they have different dentist working there. My son was supposed to see Dr. Alfonso and out of all the four appointments we only saw her once. All I can say is that I am very disappointed that my insurance SHARP told me to come to this place. They don't even treat kids like kids, they want them to act like adults. This is the last time I come here. I HATE this place.

Dr. Alfonso and her staff are the best. I'm not anxious about the dentist any longer. Even the dentist who fill in now and then are great! This is a dentistry you won't mind going to and where you're actually welcomed when you come through their door.

The staff and the doctor are very helpful and polite, they called me on time of my treatment.I'm happy with the dentist and the staff,I will recommend her to my friends and relatives.
