My visit today was not a good experience. I came in for a cleaning. My scheduled appointment was at 9:30am. I arrived 10 minutes early to hopefully get a head start. Unfortunately, I had to miss work for this appointment. I got my Xrays done almost right away. Then I had to wait for my cleaning. After waiting almost two hours, I was told I couldn’t get a cleaning because other patients were waiting. I felt like I was racially profiled and was forced to leave. I arrived early, they made sure they profited from my Xrays, but then denied me service for what I initially came in for; a cleaning. I believe I was treated unfairly and that the office was very inconsiderate of my time and my health.

Came back to this office after one (initial) appointment, and was again thrilled to find that the office is run with the same courtesy and efficiency as before. While parking my car, the receptionist already checked me in, and I had barely sat down to wait when I was already called in by the hygienist. The entire visit went very smoothly, and again, every person on staff is friendly and has a smile to offer.

Today was my third visit to this office: again, the reception staff offered a friendly welcome with a smile; the hygienist was equally friendly and enthusiastic. Her work ethic is great, and she is very thorough!! Looking forward to my next appointment.

Today’s visit took place in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, and because there had been extensive information via monthly newsletters concerning additional safety measures, I felt completely confident keeping my appointment.
As expected: every possible precaution was put in place - the taking of temperature on arrival, the numerous hand sanitizers placed, the masks/face shields/gowns/head covering of the dentist - everything was followed to the”T”.
The visit itself was pleasant as always from the reception to the hygienist and back to check-out: every single person was just as pleasant and professional as before. The same goes for Dr. Pinto!!!!
Needless to say, I will continue going to this dentist, in fact, my next appointment is already booked.
Thank you all for maintaining such a high standard, and most importantly STAY HEALTHY!

This was my second visit to the dentist's office during the coronavirus pandemic, and as described before, I felt safe and well taken care of due to the high level of safety precautions in place. There was no sign of complacency at all, but as I have stated before: the safety protocol being established before any pandemic started was very high, so it is not surprising that staff members have no problem maintaining that standard.
The visit itself was again as expected: I arrived at the appointed time, temperature was taken, hygienist came and led me to the assigned room.
Everyone was wearing their mask, added face shield for cleaning/or dentist procedure, in all - the same care and diligence was applied as always.
I may sound like a broken record, but it is definitely good to see that the dentist and entire staff care about their patients!!

Just returned from my 6-month maintenance appointment, and as before the high standard of patient care has not changed from my very first visit.
As always, the staff is friendly and professional, and given that they are basically there since I first started going to this office, it means that the work environment must be great as well!! That alone says everything about this dentist and her work ethic.
Have already made the next appointment - THANK YOU, DR. PINTO and ENTIRE STAFF!!

I went to Dr. Pinto for Invisalign. I completed the entire process and spent over 7k. At the end of the process, I was not completely happy with the result so I paid additional money for more trays. Never once did she caution that moving my teeth around might result in significant damage to my teeth once I stopped wearing the trays. Either she failed to identify the real issues with my bite or she did not care and was just focused on the cosmetic result. Just prior to completing the last few trays, I moved back to MA. I finished the last two trays, had the buttons removed by a local dentist, and switched to my permanent trays as directed by Dr. Pinto. As soon as I shifted to night-only wear, my teeth started chipping and breaking. Also, I developed significant jaw pain, which I did not have prior to Invisalign. I called Dr. Pinto's office to discuss, but she blamed the new dentist who did nothing but remove the buttons at the end of the process. Eventually, I went to an orthodontist who identified the fact that my teeth should never have been moved to the positions they were in as it would cause significant breakage...which it did. Moreover, in watching my jaw movement when I speak, he identified several issues that she missed. I am now going through another round of Invisalign with bands to correct my jaw and teeth position. Once complete, I will spend a significant amount to fix the teeth that broke as a result of their re-positioning. I am now out of pocket 15k and counting. If you want your teeth cleaned, go to a dentist. If you want your teeth moved, do not go to Dr. Pinto, go to an orthodontist.

The staff is soooooo friendly and the actual dental workers make you feel very comfortable. Its been longer than recommended for my visit and even with that they didn't try to "teeth shame" me. I've never been to a dentist office like this. Hopefully I will do things right and return on a regular schedule.

The staff was really friendly and I enjoyed my time here. I would highly recommend this dental office. While you wait you can have coffee, tea or water and once you are inside you can watch Netflix and other shows while you are getting your cleaning done. Love it! Will be scheduling my daughters appointment here as well. They take patients age 2 and up.
