Best dental experience I have ever had! Office is immaculately clean, uses newest technology, including check in and payment. Staff friendly, efficient & follows all Covid-19 safe practices. Dr Miranda & all technicians were wonderful. I highly recommend Dentists of Pines!

I love this office! I normally switch offices after a visit because I don’t like the vibe but I’ve had a few things done including inlays, cleanings and extractions and all were painless and done with care at this office. Everyone is so friendly and informative, they are engaged and we always have great conversation makes me feel like I’m at home. Dr. Miranda and her team are the best!

5 stars just doesn’t justify how great my experience was! This was my first time visiting Dentist of Pines and everything was so updated clean and you can just tell the system they have to running this practice is well executed! Sonya was the amazing lady who I spoke to on the phone she was able to answer all my questions she also made me feel comfortable about my appointment and was very personable we even got to share a few laughs ! She was the same person who informed me that the dentist who I originally had my appointment with wasn’t going to be in the day that was scheduled. I requested a different dentist due to already requesting off work ! Sonya made me feel like there was nothing to fear with the changes in the doctor! Man was she right ! Before moving on to my appointment I’m not done with the front desk.. Yessie was awesome! She explained billing and really made the payments of my services extremely easy she honestly doesn’t know how much I appreciate her time and efforts of making it all right for me !! Maybe things do happen for a reason I couldn’t have been more happier with the genuine care I received from Dr. Diaz ! She was super caring, beyond patient, and extremely accommodating! I highly recommend the office and the whole team to anyone who is looking for dental care ! From the very first phone call, to the assistant who helped, to Dr. Hilario-Nunez who is an phenomenal hygienist to Dr.Diaz, back to the front desk every step was so delightful and appreciated! I’m so glad I came to this dental office! The staff was very informative, nice, helpful, professional and transparent regarding procedures, future appointments, coverage and payments. I had a scaling (deep cleaning) done. Almost no discomfort at all during the procedure or after. The hygienist did a great job. And what to say of doctor Miranda. She is truly wonderful. An outstanding professional you soon find out you can rely on, and on top of that, really cares. After the first day with her you’ll know you found your dentist. She did the most detailed, thorough examination I ever had and explained everything so I could clearly understand my problems and my options. Totally satisfied.

I got this Dentist recommend by a friend and I was very excited to go try it out. Unfortunately, it went against all my expectations. The staff was very nice but I got the worst cleaning for my teeth at this place. My teeth and my gums have never been a problem but when I got my cleaning I have never bled so much as this time. The lady who did my cleaning was clearly inexperienced because I was in a lot of discomfort during the cleaning and I literally got a shower during the cleaning without the lady trying to wipe my face. Furthermore, I did have insurance and asked for a quote because I was told I needed immediate treatment for cavities and they advised me that my insurance barely covered anything and I would need to pay a large amount. I knew something was not right because my insurance pays 80% of my dental and provides 2 free cleanings a year. They advised me that my insurance did not offer free cleanings and that is why I needed to pay $95 for the worst cleaning I have gotten in my life.

I will never return back here and clearly the dentists at this place are giving out false information and trying to scare you into doing a treatment. I have then gotten a second opinion and as assumed my teeth and gums were perfectly fine and I just had a minor cavity. My insurance covered it all. This is why this place deserves 1 star just because the staff at the front desk were very nice.

I appreciated my dental experience today with Dr. Miranda and Ms. Wanda for saving me from scary Lockjaw for at least 5 minutes. They were very calm and made me not panic. The Lord was with us . Praise God for giving me a great team fixing my teeth and teaching me not to have lockjaw again. I would highly recommend you guys and your dental office staff and team😀Great job👍God bless you all and keep doing the best job for your clients 😀

This dentist office is by far the cleanest and have the most polite staff I’ve encountered thus far. The dentist was informative when it came to what my current condition was and what I needed to do to resolve it. I didn’t get the feeling like most offices I’ve been to where they’re trying to up sale a new customer.

The team attended to my needs and addressed my concerns. Couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. To top it off, the first visit came at a cost that was more than doable. I especially appreciated the dentist assistant Wanda and of course the dentist Katherine. Keep up the good work!
