Laurie deserves a huge raise and an award! We spent an entire day searching for a provider for our daughter's. Laurie was the most helpful person I spoke with all day, and was more than happy to get us set up, and scheduled for an appointment. I can't thank her enough for all her help.

The dentist and dental staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Be aware of billing and coding. I had some discrepancies on my bill, when I spoke with the billing department I was assured it would be fixed and my credit would still be on my account. After I returned for my next visit- my credit was not on my account and they applied it anyways after I was told it was fixed. I called again and spoke with billing (she doesn’t remember a thing and no notes were put in my chart) so I requested a billing supervisor. They now explained to me that in fact this wasn’t what was discussed and I am to pay the balance. I requested to speak to the owner and was told “I’m not sure if this is something I can do or if they will even call you” and hung up on me. I do not agree with being told one thing and someone taking it upon themself to do what they want anyways. Once the issue was brought to their attention I was given the run around and no one cared to apologize for their miscommunication instead I’m told “that’s not what you were told.” Sadly, the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional!

If you are looking for a clean dentist this is it but if you are in pain and need to resolve the problems do not come hereThey charge you and leave you out still in pain and prescribe a Motrin The price was not an issue at all but don’t call yourself a dentist and say you don’t have the tools or experience to resolve a tooth problem by far this is the worst experience ever

The office is brand new and very modern. The staff are all exceptionally pleasant and competent. Though where they shine is having the worlds bestest greatest superest amazingist dental hygienist - Ashley. To contextualize this point, she makes taking a left into rush hour 9 mile construction zone a worthwhile endeavor.

These guys are so friendly and helpful that I actually don't hate going to the dentist. Jamey is very sweet and personable, but too be honest everyone there is great. Half of my mouth may be numb from the septocaine, but I'm smiling on the inside 😆😁
