Victus Dental- 9 Mile

I have been to many locations in Pensacola from child to adult age. When it comes to professional, kindness, information, and overall experience. You can't get any better than Victus Dental. Thank you to Ashley, Dr. Davis and the rest of the wonderful staff who took care of me. I am happy to say Victus Dental will be my location for many years to come for me and my family. Bravo!

Callie is AWESOME as usual. Never rushed, always attentive to patient. Loved meeting Dr Newman, who shared the same Qualities. I sincerely hope the staff is rewarded for such wonderful service they provide. They're PRICELESS.

After missing one appointment I was told I could not come back to this dentist. I was never informed that if I missed one appointment I wouldn’t be able to come there again. It’s absolutely ridiculous, as soon as I felt very comfortable somewhere which is hard because of my anxiety.. they now refuse to help me. It’s very sad. They should really let patients know about this, instead of knowing after missing ONE APPOINTMENT.

Just recently I have brought all three of my kids here, I hope I never have to change dentist again. The people are amazing. Everyone in there had a smile and were extremely friendly. Professionalism and keeping appointments seems to be the name of the game here. I look forward to bringing my kids to the dentist knowing we will get the service that everyone should get everywhere they go. Awesome place here!

I’ve had a great experience anytime I’ve had to call or visit the office. Friendly staff and very accommodating

Had my first annual checkup/cleaning in 3 years performed by Ashley. She was very thorough with her cleaning and exam, but also gentle at the same time. She’s precise with her movements to prevent stabbing gums accidentally. She’s definitely one of the better Hygienist I’ve been seen by.

Cortney was the dental assistant who took my x-rays and she let me know which pictures she was taking. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Julie was the Dentist that did the final exam. She was easy and explained what she was doing. Recommended I have a filling replaced due to its age and it was starting to chip. I feel comfortable and confident coming back for her to perform the work.

The facility is exceptionally clean, friendly staff, with a fairly open floor plan. There are walls that divide the rooms, but the walkway area is fairly open. Highly recommend this branch of Victus Dental.

I had my first appointment at Victus dental yesterday and it was a great experience. I have had some really bad experiences with dentists in the past and this experience was nothing like those. Everyone was very friendly and all about getting you where you need to be and not about shaming you for your past mistakes.
Their location is beautiful and super clean!
My dental hygienist Ashley was really nice and very thorough. I have never had someone do such a good job while still making sure I was comfortable (taking breaks when needed and even using numbing gel to make it even easier on me). I left with my teeth feeling brand new! Thank you for making me feel comfortable! I won’t be dreading going to the dentist anymore.

This dental location is amazing. From the front desk, to the techs, all the way to the dentists, they were all amazing. They made our visits easy and comfortable. What a great experience for both me and my kids. Thank you!

3 years ago! I hope it’s changed. We go to Stu Bonnin on Olive road as a result, highly recommend!!

I scheduled an appointment for myself, my daughter and my fiancé.
I made sure to specifically schedule myself first and my daughter for the time spot after, in an attempt to help ease my daughters fears of having people digging in her mouth. I wanted to go first so she can see mommy doing it.

When we get to our appointment, they call my daughter back first.
Then proceed to explain that we are scheduled for the same time slot.
Then explained to me that since she has anxiety, she would need to go somewhere else.....

I explained that I specifically scheduled the appointment to alleviate my daughters fears, she does not have anxiety, she just doesn't like anyone digging in her mouth. Rightfully so!
We've had issues with other offices not being child friendly. My daughter is very fearful of new procedures.

Nevertheless, their scheduling error, was none of their concern and kept repeating that my daughter has anxiety and putting their hands up in the air stating that we were taking up too many patient time slots and they don't have the ability to schedule like that.

At this point, I'm coming to tears. Realizing that they don't really care about how much this inconveniences me, but rather it has inconvenienced them. The front receptionist and the dental hygienist were very rude.

My daughter is 7 years old and does not like to be touched by most people, especially people she's not comfortable with yet. For them to treat me like I was creating an imposition for them simply because I scheduled our appointments to accommodate my daughter.

I think this company needs to learn a thing or two about good customer service, and take ownership when they have a scheduling error occur. We should have been compensated with a rescheduled appointment, but instead they said they couldn't do that since we were not getting seen today.

Very frustrating being a single Mother, trying my hardest to make sure my daughter is taken care of and people do not take ownership of their mistakes, which now causes me to search even harder for someone who takes their position seriously.

Also, side note. They use a digital xray machine, and when they took the x-rays, it turned my phone screen purple! They neglected to mention that their machine would interfere with my digital phone. No proof though so, whats the point!

Definitely the most disappointing experience going to the dentist we've had yet!
