From the moment I walked in the door I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. Everyone at Victus Dental treated me like family and not just a random number. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and actually showed me they cared by being so one on one and personal with me.

I had to call and cancel same day because my son was having shortness of breath, and I had to pick him up from school (he is on a heart monitor). I then received a letter in the mail where my son is no longer allowed to return since we canceled same day. I understand if we just randomly canceled, or no showed, but something like that is slightly different. Just be prepared if you go here - emergency or not, if you can't come, you're NEVER allowed back. Period.

I took my 8 year old son there for the first time and he has never let anyone do X-rays before but the hygienist was so nice and patient with him and her and another hygienist got it done, they made him feel comfortable and were not pushy. He also loved the dentist who was doing the exam. Absolutely recommend this place! Very friendly and professional.

Fantastic customer service! I called to schedule appointments for my entire family as new patients, and Amanda R. was BEYOND helpful, patient, understanding to help me get our appointments at times that would be convenient for all of our schedules. She was fantastic and truly went above and beyond for us. I look forward to our visits to the office, because I am certain that high level of customer service will continue.

Ashley was our hygienist and she is PHENOMENAL. Very thorough, personable and fun. I could tell she took pride in her work and didn't feel like just another patient. She even went back if she saw something was missed during my cleaning when she could've just rushed me out the door with me being her last patient of the day. Very impressed Ashley!
The office is clean and they even got me back within 5 minutes of filling out my new patient paperwork. Definitely making Victus our new home ❤

I am a regular patient at the 9 Mile Road location, and they care for my entire family. Having moved around quite a bit, I've had experience with quite a few dental facilities. That said, Ashley is the most friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and non-judgmental hygienist I have ever had. She is very careful and conscientious regarding her patients' comfort during examination and cleaning.
My dentist, Dr. Davis shares these same qualities, and it is obvious that the fantastic culture at Victus is something they are intentional about and take very seriously. The care for patients' dental health, and health in general, is genuine.
My previous dentist at Victus, Dr. Brennan, discovered a serious situation with my dental X-Rays that had been overlooked by several previous dentists, and I was thankfully able to remedy the situation before it was too late.
The facility is clean, organized, and has some of the newest technology available. I feel confident knowing that my teeth are in such qualified and caring hands at Victus Dental, and I would recommend them to anyone.
