I wouldn’t recommend this place. Very disappointed.
My auntie recommended me this place but she ended up disappointed herself .
It was tool late for me to back off since I was already in a process of doing root canal.
To make long story short, after doing the root canal the DR let me leave the place without temporary crown which is wrong- but he told me it’s ok you can go like this. When I was back to get the crown he said “oh your tooth has shifted and now I have cut from your gum and charge you more” I didn’t agree for extra chart and that was end of story.
I told doctor it’s your responsibility to take care of these extra charges since it wasn’t a professional and good decision to let me go without temporary crown . Doctor was rude and unprofessional!

I’ve been going to Dr. Shroff for years, he is fantastic and caring. He’s a very good dentist and he and his staff always makes me feel comfortable. After he extracted my tooth, he called after hours to check up on me to see if I was feeling well and had any questions. They always got me in right away when I have an emergency and there is next to no waiting time when you arrive, they don’t double and triple book like other doctors. They truly care about their patients and I you’ll be very comfortable.

I love this place! The office staff is always happy and excited to see you. They consider you family and genuinely care about you as a person. Of course, that starts from the top with Dr. Shroff. Dentistry is not about making money for him but about doing what is best for you. He won't do any procedure unless it's absolutely necessary. My tooth was bothering me and even though Dr. Shroff was leaving town for his daughter's wedding, he (and Shannon) made sure I was able to see him before he left because he was concerned about ME! :) How many dentists or doctors out there would do the same? Although i don't like going to the dentist, the moment i walk into the door, all my concerns melt away. Thank you Dr. Shroff and staff for caring so deeply about me and my family. We love you ❤

I am new to the office. Dr. Shroff is Very personable and professional. Keianni was a wonderful assistant, she let me know what was happening at every stage of my exam. Special Shout Out to, Shannon, who went out of her way to be polite and helpful both on the phone and in the office. I also saw her use the same professional care with other clients. She reached out to my insurance companies to be sure I was getting the most money for my care. I have a few visits to come and I look forward to my next.
