Everyone at the dentist office is great, they treat me with respect and like family. I would definitely recommend optum dental to anyone that wants to get a great dental service. If you're looking for a doctor that cares for the best interest of your mouth and the well being of your health. Than look no further! Not only was i explained my treatment to where i could understand exactly what he was doing but he also took the time out after completing my procedure to make sure i was ok. He called me that evening to make sure i was comfortable with no side effects from visit, and to make sure i knew what i had to do until next visit.

I posted a negative review from a terrible experience I had at Dr. Shroff's office. He responded back to my post requesting I call his office and he would make things right with me. Let me be clear. He only wrote that to make his office look better. He did absolutely nothing to make things right, nor did he even make any attempt to. Just another FYI... The reason his reviews are so high is because he positively reinforces patients that give him good reviews. What a joke!

Dr Shroff is very understanding and caring. He even did implants for my mom a few years ago, so much better than dentures. All the office staff is great!!
