BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER ! Katie at the front is so pretty and super nice . Isabella is over the accounting part and is wonderful. She also answers texts over holidays etc and is very helpful . Jerry the dental assistant ohhh my goshhhh not one person compares to her !!! So caring , understanding, helpful and will do her absolute best to help the patient save any amount of money that you don’t need to spend . Other offices I’ve been to look at the X-ray and immediately tell you 5k worth of worth you need . Dr. Blum the dentist is excellent! He’s so understanding but at the same time he’s straight up and tells it like it is !!! Just my type of dentist! He had to put up with me complaining about how I was scared of those shots in the gums lol 😂. He still said I was a great patient and out of all the offices I’ve been to I did not feel the shot NEAR as much . I feel super comfortable about going to the dentist now thanks to them 💯🙏🏼 The owner is also always walking around waving at everyone ! Super sweet guy 💜 Thanks dental lounge for taking care of me and making my life better

I don't know where to start the staff is incredibly incompetent they asked for a photograph front and back of my insurance card a week prior to my appointment I have communicated with them five times about my appointment prior to my arrival I drive 27 miles to get to my appointment after telling them I was on my way through text messaging was running a couple minutes late to be told when I walked through the door with my service dog that they automatically automatically don't take my insurance and I said but we went over this you asked me if it was a PPO and I said yes and they said good because we don't take HMO a week later I go through the door with my service dog and I'm immediately turned around not offered any other options cash payment not payment plan I'm told we can't help you now what is it Dental Lounge the fact that I'm Caucasian or I had a service dog or your incompetent?

From the minute i walked in everyone made me feel welcomed and at home . They did a great job and explained everything thoroughly. It was truly the best experience at a dentists office ever.

They have an amazing staff. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helped ease the anxiety of being in a dental office. I look forward to seeing them again.

Very welcoming staff. Exceptional Detail to their Services. Very Caring and they take as much time needed to answer any questions. Provides a thorough and accurate explanation for all your dental needs. Their Hygienist is absolutely Amazing.

I'll start by saying, it was definitely by chance that I came across them.I was in a LOT of pain and had been to numerous dentist offices before to get work done, but for some reason or another I was passed on.Now my mouth was/is in pretty bad shape and it's going to be a long road to recovery, BUT THANK GOD for the dental lounge.As someone whos been in hospitality field almost all my life, customer service is always #1 to me.From the minute I walked through the door, everyone was super friendly and attentive (I was crying I was in so much pain).
Now I will say this...IF I HAD TO PICK OUT ANYTHING, IT DID TAKE A WHILE FOR US TO START (3 HRS), DUE TO FINANCING AND WHATNOT.Now here's why I wasn't upset about it.As someone who needs tens of thousands of $ worth of work (I said my work was extensive and complicated), they worked everything they could with financing (outside lenders) and internal payment arrangements for me, along with creating different plans of action that would work best for my situation.As a part time Decorator, it was surreal to hear that I needed to come up with such a large sum of money just for dental work, but they walked me through all my options and made sure I was comfortable with every decision that was made.They even went as far as going out to get me some KFC to eat bc I had been there so long and hadn't eaten 😳.Everyone was super comforting but professional.I know most people have horror stories about dentists (myself included) but I can honestly say that to have found a facility, where the staff cares as much as they do about their patients, SPEAKS VOLUMES.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:This is not the place you go to for the cheapest options (they aren't the most expensive either tho), BUT I'm the type of person that doesn't mind paying for quality, ESPECIALLY when it comes to something as sensitive and important as my teeth!You get what you pay for, RESPECTFULLY.

All the equipment seems to be modern and they definitely can tell that they made the the atmosphere to feel hip,modern, and trendy, without being gimmicky.I still have a long road ahead of me, BUT I am excited for the future smile that's been a looooooong time coming.If anything we're to change, I'll come back and update this review.

Best orthodontist experience I’ve ever had.

Anthony, Dr. Vera, and their staff are so amazing! Very professional and patient. I found their practice efficient and prices fair. I came in and left with a beautiful white smile! THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE!

I had a great experience , the dr took time to explained everything, the staff is very friendly, and Alexa was great when she did my cleaning.
They have everything clean. Awesome office !!!
