All around wonderful experience! Everyone is exceptionally kind and patient.

It was my pleasure to have met all who worked on my mouth. It was a very delightful experience to have came into the office and to have been greeted by the secretary at the front desk. Ty, so much. Please do not ever change. I like what I've seen.

I came here for a second opinion. I brought in a list of treatment options with prices from my first consultation at a different dental office. I arrived at around 12:45pm. My appointment was at 1pm. I completed all my new patient paperwork and paid $49 for the consultation (they didn’t accept my insurance). I took multiple X-rays, told them what my visit was for and sat there patiently, no complaints or anything. I overheard the doctor, more than once, saying he didn’t have time for me. I overlooked it at first until he got rude about it. The dental assistant approached him one last time, while he was working on another patient that had an appointment after mine and arrived after I did. I could hear him, in a rude tone, telling her that he doesn’t have the time to go over each procedure with me and that he’s going to be 2 hours working on his current patient. Well had he even took the time to say hello to me he’d know that I didn’t need him to explain any procedure from the list that I had. That was already done at the previous dental office. All I wanted was to see what he thought would be best for me to do and to give me a quote on what it would cost to get my smile where it needs to be. That’s the whole point of a consultation, right??Needless to say when I heard him, I got up and walked out. I have NEVER been treated with such disregard by any medical professional/dentist before. To receive respect it must first be given. That’s the quickest way to lose patients. The dental assistants were extremely nice and Rhonda was extremely nice and helpful. If it wasn’t for speaking to her, after walking out, and her offering to have me see a different doctor, I would still be extremely upset. Your profession doesn’t constitute treating people like that. If I paid for my services I should have been given an actual consultation.

I'm one that hates The dentist and I felt so comfortable and well taken care of. They are professional and totally human and kind. The entire staff is beyond wonderful. I think her name was Gabriella, she was so nice and helpful and even threw out a few jokes every now and then it was just a real Pleasant place to be that’s not normal for the dentist i have been too , so thank you!

Everyone was very friendly and informative. I will definitely be going back there for all my dental needs.

So happy I found this place, the Dental Lounge is probably the best Dental office I’ve been to. You will feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Pretty pleasent atmosphere, great staff and doctors.
