The Dental Lounge

It was a positive experience although late getting started with the appointment. Thankful for how the plan was explained and of what is included as well as my opinions. Previous dental company offered nothing close to what was informed of here. I am paying a fraction of what I previously paid for five times more service. There was no immanent pressure to schedule necessary services. Dr. Vera was very informative and ensured I was aware and understood what is going on and what I need to do next.

From the beginning to the end everyone is exceptional !!! Very attentive , patient and kind! Everything is explained to you, I can’t say enough about how happy I am to have The Dental Lounge ! The best experience ever !!! Thank you all

When I booked my consultation they did ask what was it that I wanted to change about my smile. I told them my situation and that Invisalign would not work I need braces. I was scheduled for an appointment. Received a call from the dentist to introduce herself and AGAIN!!! asked me what I wanted to change about my smile but my treatment requires BRACES not Invisalign. Well when I arrived to my appointment and they had me pay $165 which they said would go towards my treatment. They took x-rays and examined my mouth just too tell me in the end that I am not a candidate for Invisalign (which I already knew) and they DO NOT OFFER BRACES!!!! Now why not tell me that from the beginning especially if I had told you that I am looking for braces. Well that was a total disappointment. Since I paid they told me that a cleaning was included. I went back for my cleaning SHE WAS AWESOME!!!

This place is the worst!!! They treated me horrible like I wasn’t worthy of service because I didn’t look like I had a lot of money and could afford their services. They made me feel less than! Also Dr sunny is horrible!!! She made me pay for services and then when she found out I I was taking my ct dental scan to a different dentist she gave me a hard time and tried to refuse doing the service after I had already paid for it!! This place is horrible! Being a dental assistant for ten years I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if their life even depended on it!! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well and reporting the dentist license as well! Save your money and time, do not go here!

The entire office was so kind and professional. They absolutely prioritize quality care as well as patient experience. I will be sending both of my daughters here, as well. Thank you!

From beginning to end. The Dental lounge Staff had a Very lively, caring, and supportive energy. This is the most enjoyable Dentist visits I’ve ever had . As the younger generation would say “NO CAP” I had a good amount of work done and the staff worked as a team to keep me in the loop procedurally, financially, and how it coincides with the dental plan. This is now my primary.

Listen ya'll....I like most people hate the dentist but from the moment I CALLED to make my consultation appointment, I knew this would be a different kind of experience! The word "lounge" says it all!! It's so clean, doesn't smell like old antiseptic and every single person that works there comes out to greet you in the lounge area!! I was so amazed!!! Even the x-rays we're quick & pain free. Do yourselves a favor and book your NEXT dentist appointment at the dental lounge of pompano beach. You can thank me later! Awesome Awesome Awesome service💯
(2023 UPDATE): THIS PLACE IS STILL AWESOME!! I have already had my yearly cleaning and have started a treatment plan for my 12 year old niece. Even if you work late, give them a call. I was pleasantly surprised to find out recently that they do have evening appointments on some days!

My name is Clive and my experience at Dental Lounge was 10/10. From when you enter the office your greeted by multiple people. Making u feel comfortable from the start. I actually did some research before I went and everyone was saying this place was amazing. I didn't believe the hype until I went my self. Having someone in your mouth is very personal and they made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The assistant that helped me was amazing and very warm. The doctor who examined me was very friendly and attends to you needs 100%. The assistant who helped with molding my teeth for my partials. She was very calm and took her time to not hurt my teeth. And the lovely ladies at the end who checked me out and gave me my next appointment. They were super sweet accurate with my paperwork. In all I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know that might need some dentistry work. Thank you so much Dental Lounge for a wonderful experience. You have a wonderful team. Looking forward to seeing you guys again for my next session.
