JUST A SCAMMMMM

First & Only visit was a total sales visit, dental assistant blantly told me she didn’t care what service I was there for, that the dentist will take a look and make recommendations from there. Lol! I only needed a cleaning and knew this because I get regular dental care!

After taking my things to walk out, I was taken into a private room to speak with Dr Habashy! Who made all these rebuttals to defend her unprofessional assistant.

Insurance fraud is what their business is. Anthony sat me down in front of a bill that didn’t even acknowledge my insurance discounts and coverages, until I opened my EOB on my phone to show him he was over chaarging me!

Then to get an email from my insurance a week later for claims on several different dates of service. And I’ve only been to this facility once in my LIFE! I’ve called and calls were ignored! I’ve texted and once I mentioned the overcharging, responses stopped!

AVOID SEBTAL CLINIC UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE SCAMMED!!!!

My wife had a Dental Emergency and after a trip the ER, we learned of The Dental Lounge. We called ahead and got an appointment same day! There’s quite a bit going on when you walk into their lobby, we were immediately greeted and offered beverage options, while we sat and enjoyed the calming music they have in their lobby, we also got to look around and admire the modern touch of decor and equipment this office has. The first thing we thought when we walked in was, “This must be the Millennial Dental Office!” State of the art dental equipment, very clean and open dental rooms, nice calming and relaxing lobby with free WiFi, just a very aesthetically pleasing dental office as far as their image goes. Normal dental offices keep you waiting quite a while and we were dreading that, but we were on time and seated in a dental chair with an examiner within minutes of arrival, they took X-rays and as thorough as they were, they were just as gentle. After examinations one of the assistants came by and discussed payment plans and we found a payment plan that not only let us walk out the door with the service, but without immediate payment. They understood the urgency of the situation and prioritized us over the others in the room, all while not being too pushy. I was there during the procedure mostly for support of my wife but while attending, I was watching Dr. Vera do this tooth extraction and bone graph, his technique is certainly one to be noticed, no one likes the sound of teeth breaking or being cut or removed, but Dr. Vera was not only quick about it, he was also gentle and calming while doing it. He was able to keep my wife calm while tapping on a damaged tooth and exposed nerve, my wife touched it with her tongue before this appointment and I spent 30 minutes trying to calm her down before the appointment. Just as reference. But overall, our experience here has been one of the best dental experiences we’ve ever had and although we hope not to return to a dental chair, we do know if we need to, we know the most comfortable place to be. Thanks again for great work Dr. Vera.

The Dental Lounge is the best dental experience I have ever had. Lets just say I have tons of experience. I find most dental offices to be pushy and opaque. I have been known to get up and walk out when that feeling begins to prevail. I have experienced the exact opposite at the dental lounge thus far. I needed an implant done on a failed crown and after doing my research I appreciated Dr. Cabanillas credentials and experience most. I made a great decision because his experience and manner were on point and I am extremely impressed with his assistant Isabella as well. She is wise beyond her years. I am so impressed that I will continue going here for my complete dental care going forward. Take my word for it. This is a dental practice that gets it and I sincerely recommend them to every discerning person, when it comes to dentistry, and everybody else too while I am at. I actually look forward to going back. ✌🏿❤

Absolutely amazing practice! I (like most people) absolutely hated going to the dentist, but now found a practice I actually enjoy. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful! I spoke with Ms. Knowles and expressed my awful experiences in the past with dentists, she was very patient and understanding and explained everything so well, not to mention great pricing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Let me just say that this office is the best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The dentist was very friendly and gentle with the amount of pain I was going through. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I’m definitely going back and my wife is going also. Great job to everyone in the office. Thank you so much for all the help.

Greetings - the Dental Lounge is an amazing place of positive energy. I was referred by a close friend who also describes the Dental Lounge as "a good vibe". The people are very friendly with customer service on point. Dr. Vera is a very talented, knowledgeable, gentle, complete professional and personable dentist. As a middle-aged woman, I am a very anxious dental patient because of the needles and each visit the Dental Lounge team including Dr. Vera goes out of their way to re-assure me and do everything they can to help me thru it. During my very 1st visit checkup then oral surgery, Jasmine, dental assistant, took exceptionally good care and re-assured me while I was under the laughing gas.
Alexa was very knowledgeable, professional and gentle with my regular and deep cleanings. I like her explanations of what is happening with your cleaning. I was even able to go thru my crown build-up without the laughing gas with the gentleness of Dr. Vera and calming help of Isabella and Priscilla. All of subsequent dental visits to the Dental Lounge have gone very well. I highly recommend the Dental Lounge team to serve you for all of your dental needs.

Had my first visit today at the dental lounge and I’m so happy I made the right choice for my dental work EVERYONE was extremely nice and welcoming and broke down everything so I could understand and Dianne was especially amazing and friendly and I’m glad to be apart of the dental lounge family .

Let me start off by saying I hate the dentist but when I found the dental lounge they easily changed my view ! They were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Once they did the work I was blown away. A few days after I had my teeth done I had a little issue and they brought me that same day and took care of it with a no problem and a smile on their face! They checked up on me all throughout the procedures and after. They really make you feel at home! I would and will recommend them to everyone I know ! Thank you guys !! Because of you I got my confidence back!

I had my cleaning with Alexa the hygienist at this office, she has the softest hands and my exam with Dr.Vera who is verify thorough and detailed. I would definitely recommend this practice to all my family and friends
