Best experience I’ve had with a dentist, ever. I had a crown that fell off and was in a lot of pain. I was a new patient to this dentistry but they seen me the very same day and made an appointment for me to extract the tooth. Both times I was seen I waited under 5 minutes to be called back. The office was so clean and appealing. Dr.Powers and his dental assistant (I wish I knew her name) treated me with the upmost respect and continually made sure I was okay through the entire process. My seven year old daughter was with me and they also made the experience good for her by turning on children shows for her and making her feel welcome. By the end of it all she was saying she wanted Dr. Powers to be her dentist 😂 Anyways it was really nice to go somewhere and feel like they cared about my well-being and cared about the services they were providing me. So appreciated 🙏

First time here since I had to find a new place who took my insurance. My front tooth was chipped (NOT big) and the dentist made it look worse. He gave me one option and that was to cover it with a filling. I asked about the option to smooth it out and he said he could. When he finished, I pointed out that the edge was pointed. He filed again and now I have a big curved indetion to a pointed edge. My tongue constantly feels this and I see it every time I look in the mirror.

Dr Powers is very professional and caring however the dental hygienist Kathleen was rough rude and careless! She hurt my gums when cleaning then scolded me the patient for moving! She also dropped her tools on me several times and when she finished she threw the bag of tooth’s brush and tooth paste on my stomach said here’s your next appointment without a thank you or have a good day or anything! If she so hates her job there and her patients she should not be working there! Very poor experience!!
