It is a sad situation, full of hostility environment.
They try to gouge you. When they did this to me I questioned their deceptive business practices. I was met with hostility and told "they do not want me back at their office." Now I'm left with an uncapped root canal and I must pay double to have this finished.
I hope to file suit against them.
I warn everyone against this dental office.

Went to Dr. Marvin a few years ago and was very pleased with him as my dentist, but I ended up moving from the area. My family recently moved back and called to make an appointment, but was told they are booked through November (good sign that he's busy and keeping patients happy). I now have a child of my own and want to get him in to the dentist, but was told only 1 family member a day per the office manager. So for me to make an appointment I would have to go on a seperate day and take 2 days off work so I could take my son in. The reason was if I cancelled now they had 2 appointments to fill and not 1 for that day. For someone booked 6 months out I can't imagine that happens often.

Received a call from the office manager, Lesie, and there was a little confusion at the office on the policy, but they are more than happy to allow us to have have an appointment on the same day as our son. She was very nice and got everything squared away for us. Looking forward to seeing Dr. Marvin starting my kids with a dentist I trust.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Hovencamp and her dentistry of professionals! She is a true 10-star professional! I have been going to this dentistry since I was a child and they have always taken the best care of me. Never have I had a cavity (thank you to my lifelong hygienist, Brenda!) and they will be the first to tell me that I’m not flossing if my gums are looking a bit on the “bad” side. I can’t say enough, highly highly recommend this group of professionals!!!!!!!!!

The hygienist and doctor were friendly and courteous. I didn’t have to wait for my appointment. I was in and out. Pretty impressive for a first time patient.

I chipped my tooth, and their office refused to fix it. They wanted to do an expensive crown. If I had done that, I would have needed both front teeth done. I looked at the receptionist who had her caps done there, and they looked awful! I found a new dentist who has my best interests in mind and not lining their own pockets!

Such a great dentist and wonderful crew! They really care about their patients and want what they produce to be the very best. The assistants, hygienists, Dr. Marvin, and the rest of the office are wonderful and they're always flexible with getting me in over breaks.

Friendly professional service. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. The cleaning was fantastic!
