Semi emergency. They got me in asap and did what was needed at that time. Did not have to schedule another appt for the work. Dr. Powers and the staff are all so helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this practice.

Just moved here this summer . Looking for a good dentist . They asked me to sign a bunch forms that were irrelevant till after my decision. Examples: I would happily sign a form agreeing to pay a late fee after I have met the dentist . However , the girls at front desk told me it was mandatory.

I had my first experience with Dr. Powers (the new Doctor) yesterday and I was very happy with the experience. He is pleasant and clearly explained everything that he would be doing. His technique is exceptional and I was never uncomfortable while he was completing my procedure. As has always been the case at this office the dental assistants, technicians and staff are some of the best medical professionals that I have had the pleasure of caring for me.

A permanent crown became dislodged (intact) while eating dinner on a Friday evening. I contacted the office as soon as it opened on Monday morning. I was able to secure an appointment that same day in the early afternoon. Met Dr. Powers for the first time. He was friendly and reassuring. After an ex-ray was taken, he worked on the crown to ensure proper fit/comfort in my mouth. He said a new crown may be necessary in the future, but I wasn't pressured into getting one on the spot. I don't have dental insurance, and after speaking to several people, I am comfortable with the fee charged and happy with the service rendered.

From the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted with a smile. The front desk ladies were awesome, my dental technician was super and Dr. Powers was great. They explained everything thoroughly as we went along. Temporary crown is in place and permanent one will be here in 2 weeks. After a bad experience at a different dental office, I was glad to find a good dentist

The hygienist who attended me was probably the best I have ever had. Cleanings are usually a little uncomfortable, but this was without a doubt the most comfortable and pain free cleaning I have ever had. Great job!! Great service. I will always recommend Port Orange family dentistry!!

I have been coming here for years and I cannot say enough good things about the doctor and entire staff here. I am in the dental field myself, so finding someone who I trust with my teeth is a big thing for me. I have never had to wait on an appointment either, which is amazing!

I had an appointment today with Kevin Powers to check on a tooth that had chipped. Well him and his assistant x-rayed the wrong tooth and tried to diagnose the wrong tooth. I said that is not the tooth it is the one next to it. Well Dr. Powers Got a little huffy and looked over at his assistant. So he then looked at the correct tooth and gave me a diagnosis in less than five minutes and charged me $115. He said you can get a crown and a possible root canal or you can just wait until it breaks off and we will just pull it out. I was highly unimpressed! Then to charge me $115 for less than five minutes in the chair and trying to diagnose the wrong tooth. I will never go back and I have nothing good to say about this place.
