My cleaning was done in a very safe and efficient manner. All my questions were answered and I even received a print out of my patient chart. In addition they scheduled my future crown work including the insurance coverage information the next day.

I recently had to find find a dentist rather urgently, and as a new resident was lucky enough to come accross Gentle Breeze Family Dentistry. They went out of their way to help me as soon as possible, and were unbelievaby pleasant and helpful. Dr Tanya is a fantastic dentist, diagnosed my problem right away and went to work fixing it quickly and efficiently. I could not have had a better experience. Wonderful office and wonderful bunch of people!

Dr Pham at Gentle Breeze is expert at what he does.. He filled a cavity for me and I didnt feel a thing not even the novocaine. He even called to check on me a 2 days later which I appreciated. I am very satisfied with the business as a whole.. Thank you Gentle breeze

I will no longer be a patient of this facility. I asked for a detailed explanation of the charges that would be covered by my insurance company. I was quoted an amount. After the procedure had been performed, I was presented a bill that included $110 of additional charges not quoted. I couldn't have more clear. This seems typical from this particular dentist. When I called to question my bill and before I even mentioned why I was calling, the insurance clerk could not have been more unprofessional and rude to me. I will not go back to this dentist and I would recommend that anyone reading this, tries to find a different dentist. I believe they are motivated by greed and that is it.

I would Not recommend this dentistry to anyone due to business manager and overcharge of services provided. I was given an estimated cost of $721 with my insurance paying the additional 80% to fill 5 small decays (what I was told anyways). I agreed to pay due to the fact I was going out of town and wanted everything completed prior. Once the work was done I was charged $1,110 instead of the signed off agreed upon $721, again my insurance still paying the additional 80%. I was not given any statement indicating what the additional charges were for nor have I received a document indicating this to this day, 3 months later. Only verbal confusion from the very rude insurance person at this dentistry. Constantly stating that it was because we were out-of-the network, looking at her screen but not allowing me to see what the charges were. They accepted my 80% payment from my insurance company though, but yes overcharged for each service provided because I was out-of-the-network. Overall a horrible experience, if you wish to be ripped off and increase your blood pressure go to Gentle Breeze.

The woman who called herself manager on staff was completely rude to talk to on the phone. I am the person who is generally never going to complain & get along with most people. She was overbearing, insulting, and was down right inconsiderate during a phone conversation. She also did not have any desire to help answer my questions and only kept repeating herself making no sense. Due to this one woman's personality, I'm completely disgusted and hope to never come in contact with her in person; Therefore will not be using this office, unfortunately.
