I just spent 3 hours in the chair and it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. Let's face it, dental procedures are not fun but this really wasn't so bad. And I'm a wimp! Would recommend "Dr Joe" and his staff to anybody

Staff lied to us about what was covered. Our insurance specifically told them what was covered under specific terms. We know as insurance pulled tape for us. After they acknowledged their mistake and told me they'd get back to me, I didn't hear anything for over a year. Now 18 months after the fact they act like they had no clue and they did nothing wrong. This is after they told us they accepted our insurance only to check out and for the staff to tell us that they didn't. Had to pay out of pocket for cleaning that would have normally been covered. Then six month later when we were sorting out the first issued, they apologized and offered to bill our new insurance company for the old billing. To bad because the Dr. is amazing. He just needs new staff. Not worth the hassle. That's for sure.
