Crosswater Dental Care

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. This is a new dental office for me and I'm sold on the operation. It began with the advanced notifications reminding me of my visit, and giving me the option of scheduling an earlier appointment if patients canceled. New patient forms were available online and were simple to fill out. I was taken in to see the dental hygienist exactly at my scheduled appointment time and everything was explained in detail. The x-ray, cleaning and evaluation process was quick, yet comprehensive. I was floored by the scanning device that allowed the hygienist to create a realistic 3D image of my teeth, which she could spin, rotate or zoom in to look at specific sections. I need some minor follow-up work which was explained in detail along with the associated cost, so there shouldn't be any surprises. The icing on the cake was when the doctor came in to meet with me and conduct a final exam. I've had dentists come in and spend no more than 2 minutes looking over my teeth before waving goodbye and saying " see you next visit". Dr. Martinez spent the time to look over all the images as well as inspecting my teeth for potential issues. Wish I had found this place sooner.

Wow! What a friendly and accommodating team - so happy to meet all you ladies. Words cannot describe my appreciation. Dr. Martinez was so kind and thorough. I wish I found them years ago. I've never been so excited to get a crown and my wisdom teeth pulled! Amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Crosswater Dental Care.

I really have enjoyed being a patient at Crosswater. Dr. Martinez was patient, kind, and made the experience pretty painless. I was nervous because it had been a few years since I had seen a dentist as I've moved 3 times. But I will definitely be coming back here and I feel almost excited (it is a dentist, so it's not the same as going to the day spa) to go back!

Everyone at the office was nice and friendly. My appointment began right on time. The dental cleaning and exam were quite thorough, and the doctor explained things in detail. I am happy with my experience at Crosswater Dental and would recommend them.

I decided to give this place a try after reading through the reviews. Some of them did make it clear there we’re scheduling issues, but it is very close to my house and I figured I’d give it a shot.

I made my appointment 6 months ago for a Monday afternoon at 430. I received a text message the Thursday before that I briefly read, but was working during the time and didn’t get the chance to respond. I received another text message the Friday before as well as a phone call, in the middle of my working day. Once my working day was complete at 330, I listened to the voicemail and read the text message and it said I needed to confirm 24 hours in advance. It was just a few minutes after 4 o’clock so I replied back yes to confirm. I did not receive anything in return to my message, but figured that was ok I had confirmed my appointment 24 hours in advance, so it was all good.

Well unfortunately this was not the case. My husband called to see if him and I could switch appointments and Daisy at the front desk told him that my appointment had been canceled because I did not confirm.

When I called and spoke with Daisy, she told me the same thing. I told her how I was confused because I did confirm my appointment within 24 hours. She told me they close at 4 on Fridays. To me, I don’t really understand the relevance of this. My job was to confirm 24 hours in advance and that is what I did. I explained to her if I needed to call by 4 it would have been nice if the calls and text messages said that. She gave me “uh huh“ and “yea I understand” answers and it was clear she didn’t really care.

She told me she could put me on the call list and if something opened at some point they would call. I explained to her I’ve been on that list for 6 months and have never received a call.

Overall I am confused how this scheduling system works. Did it automatically cancel my appointment by the time they closed Friday? Or did someone come in Monday and not check the cell phone? I don’t see how this was overlooked and clearly some thought on the time people need to confirm by needs to be cleared up.

I’m not looking for anything from the owner for this review. I am simply here to share my experience and hope it helps others. After being told my appointment was canceled, I found another dentist and was very happy when I went there. I was able to get an appointment in less then a week and had no issues.

I had to come for an emergency extraction and root canal. I can’t say enough good things. My DA Lisbel was amazing and funny and my doctor Martinez was great and quick and helped me in every way she could to make it comfortable. I will go back to them for everything in the future. Also they were the ONLY office open during the holidays. The facility had ALL the amenities :) love this place

COMPLETELY frustrated! I had a regular cleaning appointment 4 weeks ago. When I showed up, they told me my hygienist had called in sick and that they had texted me (which they had not). Ok, that's fine, so they were going to call me to reschedule (which they never did). A week later with no call, I called them to schedule. They said they would call me back (which they never did). Another week, I called and asked to speak with the Office manager. They said she was in with a patient and would call me back (which she never did). Another week passes, I call YET AGAIN to speak with the office manager and AGAIN, she doesn't call me back (thanks Anna). What the heck?!? I am a registered patient in this office and FOUR TIMES now they have failed to call me back. Seriously? So now, not only have they lost my business to another practice, but they've lost my husband's as well. Was it worth losing 2 of your patients over? And please don't reply with your canned response of asking me to call your office. I'M DONE!

Beware of going to this Dental Office. I’ve never had an issue with my insurance paying what was billed until we went here for the first time 6 months ago. Our insurance denied $600 for being unnecessary and the Dentist can’t seem to support WHY she did the procedure. When we go to a dentist/doctor, we have to trust that they’re doing what’s in our best interest. At this facility, I don’t get that feeling at all. It’s all about making money regardless if the procedure is necessary or not. We went here once and will not be back!

Had my teeth cleaned did an excellent job. Then I asked if Dr. Chopra could bond some stains on my front bottom teeth. She got busy and WOw!! What a difference. I recommend Crosswater Dental Care. Have been going for about three years now.

I’ve been coming to this office for 6 years now and have received excellent care every single time. The staff is friendly and they care about their patients and their health. They let you know in advance what it’s going to cost and what the insurance will pay. They now are a full service dentist and their services include implants. This is my dentist for life
