This morning I called to ask about a bill I received for $49.00. I spoke with Stacy who said she was the office manager. I explained that I had paid my bill in full on September 9th before I left the office and I always paid in full after every visit. I had previously received another bill for $49 the month prior. I knew I did not owe it but after several unreturned phone calls to the office I decided to pay it not wanting it to affect my credit. Stacy was extremely rude and said she couldn't help me. She said I would have to take it up with the accountant who only came in once a week. I stated that I had left messages for the "accountant" in the past and she had never returned my calls. The response I got from Stacy was an angry outburst that was about as unprofessional as I have ever heard. I asked to please have Dr Patel call me. Stacy stated that Dr Patel doesn't make calls to his patients and she wasn't going to ask him. As of today I am in the market for a new dentist!

I've been using Dr Johnson for over 8 yrs now ...excellent service and the staff is awesome. Don't wait longer than 10 mins and they're very professional and the Doc is the best I've ever used. So sorry to hear that Dr Johnson has since moved out of state.

I am never one to give bad reviews, but I really don't appreciate the tactics of this office. I called to get my paperwork sent over for a root canal. When speaking to an employee, I told her that I wanted all paperwork sent over to an ortho. She told me that she only needed to send paperwork on one tooth because of the procedure and I can do the rest and their office. I then told her once again, regardless that I want this paperwork send to my ortho which I a trusted friend. This employee then said OK in an angry voice and hung up the phone on me. As expected, when I went to my Ortho, the paperwork is not here. I will not be giving you my business.

I called about emergency service I told them I’m in a bunch of pain They scammed me out of 80 dollars and did one x ray sent me home with teeth pain and said there next appointment isn’t until three weeks DONT COME HERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE SCAMMERS
