Moving to a new city during normal times is hard enough but during a pandemic and having a filling come out, well doesn’t get much scarier than that. I reached out to my Uncle David and his family and upon there recommendation I called Dr. Ed de la Paz’s office. His staff was amazing and my new Forever Dentist not only managed to get me worked in with safety and professionalism, my tooth is fixed! I highly recommend this Dentist and his work family!

This was a wonderful experience for a trip to the dentist. The entire office is friendly and very helpful, Dr. Kidwell did great work fixing a previous filling and a chipped bottom tooth and was very pleasant and thorough to be sure everything was done right.

I had some issues with the appointment and misunderstanding between the front desk. Very comforted received the reply from the doctor on google review. He is a nice doctor and I wish I could have emailed him directly.
I was on my way to the appointment and called the front desk that I might be 10 minutes late due to client meeting. The front desk, named Penny, asked me not to come because they had a busy schedule that day and was already running late. She insisted 1 hour is absolutely necessary and no late time is allowed, even I tried really hard to get there, was almost at the office. Later I received a $60 bill for no show up! This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. I told Penny I will be there really soon and she did not allow me to go, and then mailed me this!

Before going to Dr. de la Paz's office, my experiences with dentists were always dread-filled and anxiety-ridden. I have been going to Dr. de la Paz's office for 5 years, and because of their patience and kindness, my dental health has improved considerably. I love that they gently remind me of what I need to do, but aren't pushy about it.

After years of Dental trauma we finally found Dr. Ed de la Paz amd his staff. I love that they use a numbing mouthwash for cleanings. I have several areas of cold sensitivity from a previous dentist filing down teeth in the past. They were so kind gentle and patient I let the office replace all of my old metal fillings. Now my whole family goes! They are wonderful!
