After many truly terrible dentist experiences, I admittedly stopped going to the dentist and after a couple years I developed an infected tooth. This time I didn’t want to find just a good dentist, I wanted to find an amazing dentist. What I found at Gentle Dentistry is an amazing dental office. Everyone at Gentle Dentistry is so kind and caring, and they all make me feel like family. Dr. A is knowledgeable and very thorough, and because she specializes in cosmetic dentistry, your teeth will never look more beautiful.
I want to take a moment to express myself love and gratitude to the hygienist, Sydney. Thank you for taking such good care of me and inspiring me to get on the right track. I never used to show my teeth in pictures and now I can’t stop. I am forever grateful.

This dental practice truly lives up to their name. If your are nervous or just plain scared of dentists, this is the place to go. You will be treated by friendly receptionist who are always smiling & pleasant. The hygienist's are skilled & always make sure you are comfortable.The dental assistants are caring and will put you at ease . Dr A & Dr D are the very best. They truly care about their patients & are very skilled in what they do.I can honestly say they are painless! I am so pleased with the care they have given me & so thankful I found them.

Going to this dentist's office feels like a treat. These people are some of the most personable and considerate health professionals I've ever been with, making the experience very comfortable and actually enjoyable! Everyone here is so nice and it's nice to see people passionate and committed to making the experience comfortable. It's not every day you stumble upon a dentist's office that you don't feel nervous to go into. :)))

Lovely staff but def a money grab dentist who on multiple occasions tried to up charge me for simple procedures/visits. The last time I was in they tried to get me to spend $4500 on the spot for unnecessary cosmetic upgrades. Additionally told me they would not fix my cap next time it chips, I will have to get the $4500 veneers (mind you they don't take insurance until after you pay for everything upfront, and they take their sweet time submitting insurance so you can get reimbursed). 20 years of dealing with my fake teeth, never had a dentist tell me I had to get a procedure or they will refuse service. Will not be returning and would not recommend to others unless they are happy getting a pressure sales pitch every time they go in.

Dr A has been my dentist for over 20 years. She is not only an amazing dentist but also one of the kindest people I know. Sydney is also fantastic and so personable. It doesn’t get better than this entire team.

I came to Gentle Dentistry to get a cleaning and x-rays. After being x-rayed and handed the estimates to fill three cavities, $250 ea. I was told that the cleaning would be an extra $155, which I declined to do. Their reasoning was that I hadn't had a cleaning in three years. What I don't understand is why this wasn't disclosed to me over the phone when I made the appointment (during which I stated my last visit was three years ago) and why a normal cleaning could not have been done especially after the Dentist herself said that my teeth were in good shape. Also, their x-ray process was extremely uncomfortable and managed to cut the gums behind my teeth. I am disappointed in my visit. One star off for cutting my gums, one star off for not cleaning my teeth, and one star off for not telling me over the phone that the cleaning would be extra.

I have been a very satisfied patient for over 25 years and still coming.
I drive over 60 minutes, 4 times a year to get The Gentle Dentistry treatment!

Made my appointment waited over a week. WAS NEVER ASKED FOR MY INSURANCE INFO.... go to my appointment was told it was $340 upfront and that they are out of network for my insurance and would bill my insurance for me. This place is a joke.

UPDATE: the doctor reached out to me apologized and made it right. She's pretty awesome staff was really nice Sydney was amazing

Best dental office I have been to! The cleanings and exams are exceptional and very thorough. Everyone is so sweet and very welcoming.

This is the best dental office I have been to! The staff is so pleasant and attentive and it is truly the best cleaning I have gotten. You know it’s a great office when you’re willing to make the drive an hour away!
