I always think before going to the dentist just because of bad experiences I’ve had in the past, this visit made me comfortable to come again. Alexa was amazing! She went over everything very detailed and very friendly! Amazing staff and very clean office. 100% recommended

Terrace Smiles is the BEST dental office I’ve ever been to. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Witt knows what he’s doing! He’s caring and really listens and understands what you need.
My experience has been pretty miraculous! I had extreme jaw pain and within weeks I was feeling better after treatment. I now enjoy each day pain free! You couldn’t ask for more :)

I must say it’s been a really long times since I’ve been at the Dentist and I was a little nervous at first but after being greeted nicely by the person at the front desk they briefly explained what to do and even offered water, (I love water), then I went to a little waiting room, Christian is an assistant there he told me what I should expect he was very nice, Then I met Noela, she was also really kind told me about what we were doing today. I got some x-rays, cleaning and essentially a consultation and what I need to do next in order to ensure that I have a healthy mouth. Honestly it was a great experience, I’m already referring one of my friends to come here, so if you’re looking to get a general check-up I highly recommend, I finally know everything about my teeth and I’m excited to get braces! 😁

Nice place, helpful staff and great dentist. The staff are friendly, professional and make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the facility. Whether they are registering or taking your temperature or offering something to drink. Making you a cup of coffee while waiting for you turn has to be nicest thing that I have experienced, no other dental office has ever offered.

Even if you don't have insurance they help you find a finance company that meets your needs. A dental office that makes feel like part of the family!

This is my second visit to this office and I don't think I'll be back.

In short, things seem VERY mismanaged and COVID guidelines were not followed.

I had an appointment scheduled for last week, and when I got to the office they told me there was no appointment in the system and that the dentist wasn't even in the office that day. I even confirmed the appointment over the phone with the office manager prior to the day of the appointment. I was frustrated, but the hygienist and dental assistant were both very kind and helpful so I decided to try again & scheduled for a week later (today). I went ahead and filled out the paperwork so that I wouldn't have to do it before today's appointment.

So now for today's appointment! I show up and have 3 different people ask me to fill out paperwork (the paperwork I had already filled out). I don't understand why 3 different people are asking me about the same exact thing... shouldn't there be one person at the front keeping track of this? So finally the 3rd person tells me they somehow lost one of the sheets and asks me to fill it out again. Then she finds it in a stack of various papers. Everything seems very mismanaged. Finally I go back and the hygienist is great- she was thorough with my cleaning and kind. The dentist was nice, but we only spoke for a minute. At the end of the appointment I was aware I needed to have work done, but I felt like the office manager was really trying to push it on me to sign payment plans and stuff right then, which I did not appreciate. Multiple employees were not wearing masks (the hygienist had hers down at one point and was about a foot or two away from my face) and when I am unable to wear one (because I'm getting work done) they should definitely be wearing theirs.

Overall, I'm sure this office has the best intentions, but after two stressful visits I don't think I will be going back.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the work I need to get done, how much it costs, and ways to pay for it. I feel like a family friend when I walk in and my teeth felt amazing after the cleaning! I definitely recommend.

Great place to get dental work done. Terrible place to work. Treats employees unfair and doesn’t follow covid protocol when employees have symptoms. I worked there for a few weeks when covid first started and when I came down with a fever they told me not to come back to the office when I hadn’t missed any days and was told before hand I was doing very well as a new employee. I found this very unprofessional and honestly disgusting to see when a world wide pandemic was going on. While the dental work is exceptional I would not suggest working here as I’ve heard stories from others who have tried with similar experiences.

When I say this is the best place ever I MEAN IT. I have nightmares about the dentist and Alexa made me feel so comfortable and lit. My experience with her was one in a million.

Never did I think I would enjoy going to the dentist this much. Alexa made my teeth AND heart sparkle. I’m making an appointment for next month just so I can hang out with her again 😆
