I can't change my 5 star review, so a new 1 star is only fair. I had a cap put on a tooth here about 1.5 years ago. I had a conversation with Randy about the importance of durability and he assured me it would be bullet proof. "Tougher than a real tooth" he said. It popped out while eating broccoli today and I bit it with my other teeth, almost damaging them.
I called today and his office told me to buy temp adhesive for it and then contact another dentist. I tried temp adhesive but it is impossible to use with a tooth all the way at the back. It is painful. I am just screwed with no offer to make it right. Obviously I could not recommend this place.
