Doctor and staff were very friendly and courteous. Hygienist Assistant was warm and friendly. excellent in communicating the office procedure. The entire staff showed concern for me as an individual. They were also concerned about my comfort during procedure. The doctor was very thorough in explaining our plan of action and included me in the planning. I love the atmosphere of the office. They even offer coffee and water.

The office is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and welcoming. Everyone who works there is always smiling and greets me with good cheer and professionalism. My hygienist is thorough and does not try to sell me all kinds of things after my cleaning is finished. The dentists I have seen have been extremely meticulous and helpful. At my last visit, it was recommended that I get a night guard to protect my mouth from further damage, as I grind my teeth. I was fitted for a device, and last night was the first night I used it. I cannot tell you what an incredible difference it is already made! It fit perfectly, was comfortable to wear, and did not fall out of my mouth. When I woke up this morning, I didn't have a headache, and that's the first time this has happened in months. I really appreciate them going above and beyond every single time I visit. My entire family are all patients at this practice.

I have had terrible experiences with dentists in the past that caused me to have bad anxiety every time I go. And Suwanee Family Dentistry is super accommodating and amazing. From when I called to make my appointment to when I was leaving I always felt taken care of and like they really cared. The doctor is super knowledgeable and very accommodating, and my cleaning went super smoothly. They explained everything very thoroughly, especially with insurance and billing. I would give this place a million stars if I could.

This is where you want to be for any Dental need you may have. The staff at Suwanee Family Dental is the by far the best. Everyone is very welcoming and professional. I have had a few simple procedures there as well as the All in 4 implants for the full upper part of my mouth. I highly appreciate and fully recommend them.
