Auburn Hills Family Dentistry

My entire experience and visit with Auburn Hills Family Dentistry was amazing. As someone who hasn’t had the greatest experiences with dentist in the past, I normally dread the visit. Everyone I interacted with at my appointment was amazing and made the visit as easy as possible. Any suggestions they had as well they were not pushy and explained things with great detail. I’m glad to have finally found a great dentist office!

This place was amazing! I hadn't seen a dentist in over 2 years because I had braces, which led to severe plaque buildup on my teeth leading to a calculus bridge built up underneath my permanent retainer. The dental hygienist was so thorough yet so gentle in making sure my teeth were cleaned. And, she taught me how to properly floss with my permanent retainer so I won't be probed to the buildup again. This was truly the best dental experience I had ever!

5/5 Stars for a wonderful experience. My 10 year old daughter has anxiety and sensory issues that have made going to the zoo that is the pediatric dental office a nightmare. Today was the first good experience she has ever had with a dentist!! I am SO appreciative to Brittaney who was extra sensitive and kind as she cleaned her teeth. The front office staff is friendly, the dentist is awesome. VERY happy with today's visit!!

I had a wonderful first experience at Auburn Hills Family Dentistry. I was in great pain and they were able to see me quickly. The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone at the office was a pleasure- grateful to find a wonderful new practice close to home.

My former dentist retired and friend recommended Auburn Hills Family Dentistry and glad they did. Staff was wonderful, Brittany did great job on my teeth cleaning, and Dr. Haycock was awesome. Highly recommend.

I am so happy to have come here. I saw another dentist who said I needed close to $6k in work done, which really surprised me since my teeth and gums are perfectly healthy. I came to see Dr. Haycock since I just didn't feel comfortable without a second opinion and thankfully, I just needed a small filling and that's was it. They have been great working with my insurance and I paid $16 after expecting to have to spend much more. The doctor was very thorough and kind and I will definitely keep coming back!

I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, let me just say that this was the absolute best experience I have ever had from the moment I booked the appointment to the moment I left I felt comfortable and at ease. The office staff were friendly, patient, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable they explained my visit and my treatment plan with confidence and patience. The hygienist was absolutely wonderful she was funny and gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and explained what she was doing and why... x-rays were fast and efficient and overall easy. Dr. Haycock was fabulous! Super kind and friendly, again funny and put me at ease... he was able to pull my wisdom tooth that I had been in so much pain with. He was again fast and efficient and I had no pain during. He was simply great. I highly recommend this office for dental care... the whole staff really care about their patients and the needs. Everyone is knowledgeable and kind just good hearted place. As long as I go here I do not forsee that anxiety rearing it's ugly head. A big thank you to this team!!!

BEST DENTIST EVER!!!! i was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist before & i never thought i’d be one of those people that actually looks forward to it, but Auburn Hill changed everything for me. Doctor Haycock & all of his employees, from the front desk to the hygienists, were so nice & professional; And they don’t just care about their job, they care about their patients too!! I’ll never go anywhere else & I’ll be recommending this dentist to everyone I know!! 12/10 for me ツ

Today was my first time at this office and let's just say I will be back. My dental hygienist was Nicol more like a dental hygienist fairy lol. She is amazing, she took her time, very knowledgeable, she definitely knows her stuff. I just didn't experience this at my last dentist office. The dentist came in and got straight to the point he wasn't looking to find a thousand different things he could charge for me for. Let's not forget about the front desk staff very professional and nice. If you're looking for a dentist office that is informative and actual cares about your dental health this is definitely the place to go. I will definitely be back.
