New patient experience today at Rivertown Dental Care was really good. After 20 years of military dental only, I was surprised at the amount of paperwork I had to fill out when I arrived for my appointment that I made only a few days prior. Once I got all the forms filled out, I only had a few moments before getting escorted to the comfy chair. I had a cleaning and my hygienist was awesome and got me taken care of without any problems. Once the cleaning was complete, she scheduled my next appointment and I was all done.

The staff at Rivertown are always professional and courteous. My wait times have always been minimal. I started coming here after it had been 30 years since my last dentist visit. They were very gentle with me and helped me overcome my phobia. My hygienist, Delia, is amazing!

I highly recommend this dental practice. Kim always does an excellent job on my teeth. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Also, Jamie was very helpful researching my insurance since it has changed this year. She went beyond what was expected and I am very appreciative of her effort on my behalf! Dr. Chris is very efficient but doesn’t seem to be rushed. He always asks if I have any questions.

I believe this place is good with teeth but not dentures. I requested they not be made tight and they were excruciatingly tight.
My wax try in split. I told them they felt awful. They said it was the looks not the fit and just squeezed it back together. The dentures came back incredibly painful. I got the adjustments which did nothing.
They are horrible.

Rivertown Dental is the best dental practice in town! I love Dr Chris Miller and Brandi my dental hygienist. I don’t have dental insurance and they work with me on that with a 20% discount for cleanings if I pay in full. I really enjoy talking (mostly listening bc my mouth is usually open 😁) to Brandi during my cleanings… she’s a sweetheart.

Let's be clear about this, a dental visit is not high on my joy list. However, since I had to go, I could not have been more pleased than I am with Rivertown Dental Care. From the comfortable waiting room to the personable staff AND in my case Dr O'Neal, the visit was pleasant and peaceful. I have not completed my procedure so I will be back, with a smile!
