Changed my life, literally! I have been to many dentists over the years but Dr. Haycock was the only one who listened and worked on a plan to fix my teeth and smile. After over 30 years, I am no longer embarrassed of my smile! I am beyond pleased and the entire team is wonderful!

My visit was a nice experience, a high professionalism and a great level of friendliness of the staff and the doctor. They made me feel part of the family. God bless you 🙏

Unfortunately, I've had my share of bad experiences with dentists and cosmetic dentists. So, I asked Dr. Haycock several questions...and I mean "several" questions.

Dr. Haycock answered every question with kindness, sensitivity, and with a seasoned knowledge. He even ordered additional xrays in order to offer highest quality of care possible. He cares about his patients and before the visit was over I felt my shoulders relax as the trust continued to build between patient and doctor.

Dr. Haycock is a dentist you will want to take not ONLY your family to, but your friends and coworkers as well.

Let’s be honest, going to the dentist isn’t the most thrilling experience, so when looking for a new place to revive care it was super important to land somewhere that made me and my family feel comfortable. We most definitely found that at Auburn Hills. From the fresh aesthetic of the office to the kindness a knowledge of the Dr. and staff, my first visit there was one that left a huge positive impression on me.

Even when they weren’t able to treat my boys for some of their specific pediatric needs, they eagerly referred us to another practice that matched the level of care we would have received with them. After a couple of great experiences, we’re sure we’ve found our dentistry home with Auburn.

I am a smoker and have ongoing issues with my teeth. Constantly needing visit dentists in order to have my teeth maintained. So, I have been trying to find a good doctor for a long time, last ten years to be precise. Every place I have been to wasn't a good experience until I found this place. Actually, my daughter recommended me this dentistry. She loves their's customer service especially.
Dr. Haycock himself is an amazing caring individual. His team, everyone who works there is incredible. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you are totaly satisfied.
Have no words to describe the atmosphere these people create. I am so grateful for finding out about this group of wonderful professionals!!!

Last week was my Husband and I's first time attending Auburn Hill Family Dentistry. The facility was clean and the representative Marissa ( I believe that is her name) was very courteous to my husband and I! She was very detailed in the information she provided and went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and making us feel welcomed as new patients. I get extreme anxiety during dental visits and expressed this to the dental hygienist I saw. She was very nice, however a little rough with the cleaning. The Dr. was very nice and personable. Overall, the visit went very well. Thank for a great first visit Auburn Hills Family Dentistry!

I recently changed jobs and insurance, so my previous dentist was no longer in network. In my search to find a new dentist, I scheduled an appointment with a local dentist franchise and walked out due to a lack of professionalism and poor communication. I began my search again and came across Auburn Hills Family Dentistry on my insurance company's website. I saw that they had good reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. I must say that I was very pleased and impressed with the level of professionalism, care, and compassion that all of the staff displayed during my visit. I am especially thankful for my hygienist, Nicole, who took exceptional care of me, made some great recommendations for my oral care, and is extremely passionate about her job and caring for her patients.

People should know having a great front desk receptionist can make or break your business!! Marissa is a Jewel. She was polite and professional over the phone & it doubled
in person.
Tiffany the hygienist was very down to earth & gentle during my cleaning. I was hesitant because of what she was seeing (since I missed a cleaning due to the pandemic). She said, “you’re here, let us take care of things now.” ♥️
Dr Haycock was friendly & empathetic with my current pain & on going health concerns. He explained a plan of treat in detail and all can be taken care of in house. It’s up to me.

I think I’ve found a New Home for my Family!

I was very impressed by the professionalism, compassion and efficiency of this office. I called due to a dental emergency when my old dental practice could not get me in for a few weeks! They were able to see me quickly and take care of my issue completely. The professionalism extended to everyone I dealt with. On the basis of that experience, I have switched to this practice and look forward to future excellent experiences.

Love this place. I followed Brittney from another dentistry, she is the greatest by the way. Brittney is so friendly and careful. I used to hate going to the dentist but now it doesn't bother me. Auburn Hills is very clean and the TV on the ceiling is good to keep your mind off.
