I scheduled an appt , gave my insurance information and was advised In network , come all the way for an emergency appt to be told they are Out if Network, online it states that they are In network but unless you throughly read your information in the packet you will be billed for out of network services. That is not acceptable or ok, patients should be made aware prior to scheduling whether or not the provider is no longer participating rather than have people make appts come all the way to the office and waste their time and then try and over bill them for services that are not even covered. Def will not recommend just waste of time and left in pain

Dr Samantha Johnson & her staff at Town Dentistry are professional and friendly.
During my initial exam & cleaning with Sara, it was discovered that I needed an old filling replaced due to decay. BTW, let me say I have never had a more thorough cleaning as the one I received from Sara, or as indepth an exam as given by Dr Johnson. Dr Johnson showed me the photos of my teeth & explained all taking time to make sure I understood her exam findings.
My 2nd visit was to address the removal & refilling of my old filling. This was in an upper back molar... not an easy place to get to when you have a small mouth! But with Dr Johnson's skill along with her assistents, Terrence & Kendall, the filling was completed in a short time with no pain. Dr Johnson explained what she was doing during the process & told me to let her know if I was in pain at any time or if I just needed to take a break. We even shared a couple laughs... At A Dentist Office!!😊 I very much recommend Dr Johnson and Town Dentistry for your dental needs.
