I’ve had dental anxiety since I was a kid. Once I moved to Alpharetta I initially went to another dentist but didn’t love their bedside manner. Town Dentistry has been phenomenal since I started going in 2022. They know I have dental anxiety and always make sure I’m okay through any cleanings or dental work I’ve had to receive. Even if I move, I’ll be making the drive back to Alpharetta. Couldn’t be happier with their services! 😊

Everyone at the office is sooo nice. I actually ENJOY my dentist visits. LOL. The kindness starts at the front door with the ladies at the front who always greet me with a smile( I know they’re smiling despite the masks) to the friendly assists who seem to enjoy my small talk to the hygienist who are kind as well. Everyone in the office give the energy of truly caring people and I would recommend this office!

Dr Johnson and her staff were very very good and helpful. I can’t say the same for whoever is in charge of billing and estimates. After asking about pricing on a 2nd visit of 2, I was told there would be no charge. I asked this about a month or more prior to my visit. I receive an email 5 hours before my visit telling me there will in fact be charges of close to $700. The team in billing and estimates is not good. This is an area where your numbers need to be accurate. Whatever process is in place to get customers accurate estimates is broken and needs to be corrected. During my experience, which my dental work lasted quite a while, I received many different treatment plans with very different pricing from plan to plan. This is extremely frustrating. Dr. Johnson, you and your in room team is great. I hope for my sake and everyone else’s the treatment plan and estimates gets corrected quickly before you start losing patients. The money is the money, it’s the principle of finding out there’s a large expense hours prior to a visit that was planned for a long time.
