The quality of care was great and honest in Brookhaven. When I switch to "out of network insurance" I was lied to not once but twice on my cost. Not by a few dollars but by HUNDREDS. For basic cleanings my insurance paid "80% out of network." Since the first cleaning I was blind sided by a $200 additional bill, I made sure to know before I went again how much it would cost. I received a voice mail, email and IN PERSON quote of $70. I was promised that this is all I would pay. 2 months later I get a bill for another $130 and another $59 for the first cleaning that was A YEAR AGO. As a healthcare provider my self who bills insurance every day, I understand insurance. When I asked for an explanation I was told "It's your responsibility". I had referred 20+ patients here and have gone for 5+ years my self. They have been EXTREMELY DISHONEST and the worst display of ethical billing standards from any provider that I have come across. Will never return and never refer a patient of mine again.

This is the best dentist I have been to and I have been seeing dentists regularly since grade school. Now in my forties I haven’t ever had the level of care as I do at Town Dentistry. They are caring and have a very good focus on the comfort of the patient. Great looking office space which provides another level of comfort and the appointment reminders, call backs, and checkin process is top notch. All the staff is upbeat and very helpful.
