As a retired dental hygienist, I can highly recommend the whole team at Lacour Family Dentistry. Dr. Lacour and Dr. Knight are truly the best dentists around. Cora, my hygienist today, was super gentle and very thorough. My mouth feels fabulous! The office staff is awesome too. I am so grateful they are so convenient and in Lilburn. They are best of the best. Read their mission statement…it says it all.

Having not been to a dentist in some time it was quite nerve-racking going in however I couldn’t say anything but great things about my experience here. The staff are very friendly, professional and really make you feel comfortable. Thanks so much to Dr. Smith and staff for taking care of me!

This dentist is rip off be careful. I was new patient at this dental office. I called this office to make sure that they are in network with my insurance. Front desk lady said they are in network. On dental cleaning service day I double checked with front desk and billing lady both said they are in network with my insurance.
My insurance cover 100% preventative services. After dental cleaning two weeks later. they sent me an extra bill to be paid. I took the bill to dentist office and told them why I have to pay. The billing lady said they are not in network with my insurance. I argued with her she threatened me with sending my bill to collections. Even though I checked many time with office about In network coverage and they billed me double cost of simple cleaning.

Today was my first visit with Lacour Family Dentistry. My experience with them was great! From the time I arrived to the end of my appointment. I received a warm welcome from the front office staff. My appointment was with Cora, the dental hygienist and she was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything she was doing throughout the entire visit. She answered all my questions to my understanding. When Dr. Lacour came in, he immediately made me feel at ease with him. After he listened to my concerns, did his own assessment of my problems and offered his recommendations, I felt as if I’ve known him for years. Dr. Lacour is friendly, caring and sincere. I will be coming back! And, I will refer family and friends to them.

Highly recommended! I have been with this dental office since they opened. I love each and every person who works there. Very personable, professional and always provide the best of care. One special skill Dr. Lacour has is being able to give my daughter a shot to numb her mouth without feeling a thing. She is horribly afraid of shots and she didn't even know she just got one. Amazing!

I am not afraid of going to the dentist now because of Dr. Lacour! I went in with pain and he saw some decay and went ahead and looked at my entire mouth because he said it was the right thing to do. When I needed a tricky tooth extracted he recommended me to an another great doctor. Best dental experience ever. Beverly was so attentive. She gave great recommendations and a good rinse to use. Dr. Lacour was so friendly and personable. He knew his stuff. The whole experience was great. Makes you want to go. And I got compliments on my smile being so white so thank you for a great cleaning.

I had to get 2 cracked wisdom teeth removed today and I couldn't be any happier.

I don't believe in supporting doctors who have mean or uncaring staff and bad bedside manner. So, I was very happy to get referred to Dr. LaCour by a co-worker. Happier still when I discovered he's only 6 minutes from my house. Then, I saw the practice had a combined review score of 5 stars on Google and knew I found the perfect match.

The front staff, Tess and Cheryl especially, and the assistants are great. Dr. LaCour is very friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. But, most importantly, a professional who truly wants to help his patients and cares about the quality of his work.

The pricing for my procedures were significantly less than a previous practice I visited. I previously thought I would have to go to Mexico to afford to repair my teeth. Now, I know it's only a 6 minute drive away. I think I've found my "forever" dentist.

Update: They called the next day to make I'm OK. So nice of them. ❤
