Dr. Cooper, Kevin, Kaleigh, Travia, the other beautiful woman who helped me with all of my questions and paperwork (her name escapes me) and the rest of the team made my experience so amazing! I love my brand-new smile and I couldn't be happier with the results! I have already referred so many of my friends to Bella Dental! This is exactly the way a patient should leave feeling! I haven't stopped smiling and I don't plan to! Dr. Cooper, keep doing great work! I hope you could tell by my tears that you've help make my childhood dream come true. I came to Bella Dentistry for the first time since I moved to Georgia four years ago. I was skeptical about going back into the dentist world due to covid. However, I had no choice being that my wisdom tooth was bothering me so bad. I googled dentist open on Saturday and this was the first to pop up. I called and they were able to see me the next day. Although, I was hoping to get the tooth out, I had to wait until the following Wednesday due to lack of staff on the weekend. No biggie!! I came back the following Wednesday and when I tell you this office staff and doctor was sooooo AMAZING, professional, and the decor is nice and inviting!!! Needless to say I am sitting in the office right now waiting to be seen 🙌🏾🙌🏾 I would highly recommend Bella Cosmetic and Family Dentistry!!

My hygienist Ashley was kind, gentle and made me feel really comfortable. She did a great job! The rest of the staff is also very professional and welcoming. I really like this office :)

The staff is incredible!! They will make you forget you’re in a dentist office. You can tell everyone actually wants to be at work! Which is rare these days. I’m so happy I came back to this dentist office. They talk you through everything and make sure you’re uncomfortable!
Kaylee, Whitney and Young Jersey are amazing! They explain everything to a tee and have patience with you and will answer EACH question!
Even the staff I didn’t speak with they were so welcoming and hospitable!
Definitely an award winning staff!!
Last but not least, Dr. Cooper always comes in like a General and executes with precision. He checks on you then gets right to the point, (not in a rude way) but in a let’s get down to business w/ love!
I am so self conscious about my teeth and they made me feel like I had a million dollar smile! lmbo

I had a difficult visit that resulted in a medical emergency. There was no follow-up from the Doctor or staff. Numerous request for the Doctor to return my calls ignored; its been a week and still nothing. There isn't an emergency number, answering service or operable voice mail at the practice. Getting a prescription filled was extremely difficult as they wouldn't return the pharmacist messages. I've called to discuss aftercare because I'm having issues but no-one is concerned to address them. I have requested another doctor to finish what he's started. I could never be comfortable with him because I feel he' doesn't care about his patients.

Between Sept 2020 and Nov 2020 I had 5 visits to get a new crown. The temporary broke, then it came unglued, then crown broke while installing it etc.
Middle of 2021 I had 2 crowns put on other teeth. The Novocain wore off mid procedure. I told the dentist but he just kept working and saying “just a few more minutes.” While mashing a cord around my roots for a crown impression.
Those crowns have never been right. Multiple visits to see why I can’t put any pressure and all I got was an antibiotic
Fast forward to 2022 and the crown I got in Nov 2020 breaks AGAIN. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Bella has completely lost my trust. My insurance says they won’t pay for another dentist to fix the crown and I have to go back to Bella. Nope. I’ll rather pay out of pocket, if it comes to that, than sit in their chair again.

I usually have a pretty good time. The staff is always accommodating and pleasant. The dentists are pretty thorough from the experiences I've had with them and are good with listening which makes the process of dental operations more comfortable than it otherwise would be. They seem pretty committed to helping. The atmosphere is quite nice as well. Oh, and the outside of the building occasionally has decorations for holidays, nothing too obtrusive, but just a few flourishes that add a positive touch to the experience and make my appointments a bit more welcoming and less sterile. I notice they've done a few interior flourishes as well over the past year, including having nice scenic pictures in the operating rooms which serves as a nice distraction for any nerves I might have. Again nothing too obtrusive that detracts from the professionalism that's present. Overall, it's a pretty swell place.
