I made an appointment with them, I arrived 20 minutes early and they never attended me, nobody opened the door and I called several times and nobody answered me, the place looked dirty and darkened I think they are scammers be careful.

One of the best experience Iāve ever had. They gave me the BEST work for the BEST price in the city. The staff was very nice and professional. I did not wait in a long line like other dentist offices I have visited in the past and the Urgency of me being seeing and taken cared of was the amazing. Thanks again Josh for the great deal.

Most unprofessional place Iāve ever been in my life.
Iām from Ohio and I moved to Georgia with my dads dental plan. I called them and informed them of this prior to coming so they could get the coverage information needed.
After, a long wait they told me they didnāt take my insurance and they would have to do a predetermination for the cost of the procedure. On top of that I had to pay for my appointment for the exam and cleaning even though my insurance covers it. The secretary and Josh obviously had some miscommunication because I can visually see the tension. The secretary even had an attitude like I was the one who did something wrong. I donāt care how stressed you are, a patient should never feel your wrath!
She told me it would take two weeks to get an answer and they could call me back. I followed up with them 3weeks later and the gentleman told me he would call me back. Didnāt receive one.
It had been TWO and a half MONTHS before they finally got the office manger involved. Because for some reason they still had not submitted my information or whatever. At this point I donāt want these people in my mouth because if something only takes two weeks and it took you over two months to take care of me, god knows what kind of care will be provided!
I will go elsewhere to have the operation done. Never even got the chance to speak to the doctor. Run far away! Only good thing is that Josh was nice and he did try to help me the best he could...

My service is always exceptional at this location (Tucker)! I'm older and had to have extensive dental work. The procedures were almost pain free and the aftercare was the same. This office worked with my insurance coverage and I did not have to do anything to expedite the approval. The doctors and staff is very nice and professional.

Overall I had a good first experience here. The price was fair and the office seemed organized and reasonably clean. I had three different experiences with three different staff members that struck me as mildly uncourteous/unprofessional, but I'll likely return, so it was good overall.

After hounding me with reminder calls and texts for the last three days. I get here on time and 1. The front desk lady was in the back talking, she actually went back when I walked in.
Then they have the nerve to tell me the doctor isnāt thereā¦. And probably wonāt be able to see me ā¦ā¦ what? Terrible first impression. Iām in pain and now I have to find another dentist because they clearly donāt care and neither does the dentist. Smh

Old run down offices!! Did my X-rays in a empty old school class room! Keep canceling my appts only to reschedule. Like my time was important!! TT hey did the mold for a sat of dentures and here it is 3 months later , no dentures!! I needed a full set of upper and lower dentures, I canāt eat! Just the most unprofessional and uncaring experience I ever had! Donāt go there!! I warn you
