I NEVER visited this office, however I waited almost a month to get an appointment on a Saturday. Based off the reviews and location, I was super excited to come. Two hours before my visit, I received a call from them saying I was no longer on my mom's insurance (because I recently turned 23). I understand the policy, but it is unprofessional to call the day of an appointment to tell me that. The insurance company was closed because it's Saturday and now I have to find a new dentist. When I told the lady that I would have to cancel,she just said ok. It was as if she had already planned for me to cancel. If there was an issue, then I should have been aware of this within the 30 days of me waiting for this appointment. I was really looking forward to getting braces there. (And no response to this post can justify the lack of professionalism).

Today is my second cleaning and the service was phenomenal. It's always very welcoming and the services are thorough. I recommend them to everyone for a services to be done right. Staff is excellent as soon as you walk through the door. Polite and courteous.. They get you prepared for whatever procedure and really make you feel comfortable. One staff member literally held my hand while getting surgery. Now that's service!!

I never thought I would write a review for a dentist, but here it goes!!!! Dr. Rainford is awesome! He is very professional, personable , and great at his job. I just had 3 cavities filled, and he made it seem like a breeze. Despite how unpleasant it is having someone drill inside your mouth, he explained everything he was doing each step of the way. He and his assistant were extremely efficient, quick, and careful. Also major props for multi-tasking and seeing other patients during the down time we had waiting for novocaine to sink in.
