I really love Dr. Rainford & his staff! There was no wait time, the prices were very reasonable and the customer service was awesome. I’ve been to several dentist in the Atlanta area and this has been my best experience overall. I will continue to refer my family and friends to his practice.

I would have been a new patient and had high hopes for this location as I had reviewed the high praises from previous patients. However, I did not share the same experience or could not even remotely understand how anyone would rate this office as above average. I used to work for a dentist office and now own my business and understand how a business should be operated. If a new patient has an appointment at 10 and they arrive with all required documents ahead of time their wait time should not exceed 15-20 minutes. My wait time exceeded 40 min until I decided to cancel my appointment and I did not re-schedule. I do take into consideration verifying with insurance companies can take longer than average times but 40 min is hard for me to consider. Should the time exceed longer than an average of 15-20 min from the appointment time consideration should be on the patient to either re-schedule or be notified of the longer than average wait time. I will not be returning to this office nor will I recommend them as a preferred dentist. The staff was not unprofessional, however they did not offer much empathy regarding the time for processing.

Dr. Rainford and his staff are always polite & pleasant. My tech Michelle was the best today , she was very sweet & cares about the patients comfortability. Brandy at the front desk is always awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. Brandy gets the job done when it comes to dealing with the insurance companies. Dr. Rainford and Michelle worked quickly and efficiently. They made sure everything was good. Michelle constantly was telling me what I should expect next and even after I was done she made sure I looked OK (not having drool all over my shirt and my lips looking chapped). Both very friendly. Definitely should go there if needing any dental help.

Short wait times, reasonable prices,and most importantly the staff are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the feild. After several consultation from different orthodontics, I finally got them put on here. I was nervous but the process has been satisfying. I can't wait to see my beautiful smile.

Dr.Rainford and his stuff are great! love the way they take care of their patients! This week I had a swollen face because of a tooth that needed a root canal! They were busy but Brendi made sure I was seen by the doctor! She is helpful and explains insurance 'stuff' clearly. Michelle and Dania explain everything before doing it! they give you time to ask questions.

Vibrant smiles is amazing. The office is clean and neat and sanitized. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The dental assistants and dental hygienists are very professional. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable even with covid-19 going on. If you need some amazing dental work done I highly recommend vibrant smiles in mableton.

Dr. Rainford is a excellent dentist who cares about me as his patient. My family and I have been going to this office for over 5 years for our Dental needs. He has always been very friendly while delivering the best dentistry ti me and my folks. I've had major procedures done such as implants and venners. Every person we refer loves him.
