I went in for a bad tooth that was red, puffy, and very painful. Dr. Rainford was recommended to me by a friend. My first visit, they looked at my tooth and prescribed antibiotics and pain meds and made me an appointment for a week later. Today, I went in for the extraction. The nurse gave me a cool pair of glasses to wear and turned the TV to my specified channel. Dr Rainford came in and gave me two shots to numb the area, which hurt worse than the extraction. They let me watch TV for about 20 minutes while it went numb, came back in and probed the tooth to make sure I couldn't feel it and about three seconds later, he had popped it out of the socket. It was a quick procedure and they didn't make me wait a long time when I got there. Called me back within five minutes of my appointment time. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a great experience for someone that hates going to a dentist! 😊

My experience at Vibrant Smiles was excellent. I don't like going to the dentist so that says a lot. The staff was very professional and caring and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend them to all my family and friends and anyone looking for a good dentist.

The staff was so friendly and engaging with my shy and nervous 3 & 4 yr olds. They didn't want to leave :) Also I had oral surgery here and it was a pleasant and smooth experience. My next venture will be braces. I am totally confident with the services & professionalism rendered here.

I wish there was a 10 star option!!! The BEST dental office. No long wait times, a very nice wating area, and easy to find. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is very humble, knowledgeable, fun loving, and kind. Dr. Rainford has been nothing less then amazing with my transformation and has always made me feel very comfortable. He's awesome and down to earth as well. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT JOB VIBRANT SMILES!

The ENTIRE STAFF at Vibrant Smiles is just PERFECT! I’ve been going here for at least 4 years and I can’t imagine going any place else. The facility is top notch, the staff is friendly & professional. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences, from my 6 month Cleaning’s, a chip repair, to whitenings, to braces for both my daughter & I. This dentist does it all!! Thank You Vibrant Smiles Family I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist!

For a regular cleaning ok but for a gum removal you should stay away from this dentistry. If you late 10-15 minutes they wont let you in and if you 30 minutes earlier they still make you wait 10-15 minutes after your appointment. I used to go there for my regular cleaning and I've had good experience until Dr. Rainford removed a gum, two month later I wasn't able to chew food on that side where the gum was removed and I had to go back again and let them know about it and he checked again and did something about it which I'm thankful for, but after a year I still feel a little pain when I chew my food.

Always have a wonderful experience when I visit. The front desk women are always polite and willing to help. Also the dental hygienist is amazing her personality and spirit is so warm and welcoming. Love this place. The Dr is so personable and down to earth.

I hadn't seen Dr. Rainford in some years, I knew he was going to be great n he was!!! His work n his chairside manner is great, I didn't expect anything less. (He didn't make feel embarrassed about the dental work I need done)...
Follow up : 3 yrs later I’m still a patient n still love Dr. Rainford n his staff, they are great n explain everything to you that they are doing. Painless dentistry.

For years I have been terrified of the dentist. A friend recommended that I go to Vibrant Smiles for my tooth that was keeping me up at night. I must say that this was the greatest experience of my life. The staff was very polite, and the doctor made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I even scheduled another appointment to come back and get my teeth cleaned and for other work that I need done. If you are looking for a dentist, this is definitely the office to go to.
