Aspen Dental , they are amazing . The time I step into the doors , the receptionist was kind , the lady who took my X-Rays was patient and always was cleaning things down right away š , the people had a plan of action too get my teeth and gums where they need to be , ( Renee Blissett ) RDH she took the time in getting my teeth and gums done PROPERLY, and was honest and up front in what I needed too do too maintain my teeth and gums . I do recommend if anyone needs a deep cleanIng please try Renee Blisset . And the billing process there , they tell you step by step in everything you will be paying and what your insurance will pay out ( She was AWSOME as well ) sprinkles of humor and just made me feel less stress of how much money I had too shell out lol ( which was not much ) !!!!! They will treat you good , where after 20 years of going too a certain dentist , I am switching too Aspen Dental ( one time experience here ) is making me go for ALL THE TIME NOW !!! Thanks ladies

Today was only my initial vist, but I can say thay everyone was extremely professional and super infomative. Definitely a positive enviroment and I'm actually looking forward to returning to complete the rest of the work I need done. Recomendation: 100%

Do not go here! They allowed a staff member to come in with classic covid 19 symptoms of severe cough and shortness of breath. She said it was fine because she had a negative test, when I mentioned the false negative rate and how you're still supposed to self isolate if you have symptoms classic to covid 19 she acted like it was no big deal. I will never go back knowing they put their patients health at risk.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Stay FAR away from ALL branches of this "dentist." The only person who is decent at this one is the hygienist. She still has a little bit of compassion maybe. The dentist and his sidekick are heartless. Thanks, sister. You're awesome!
I stopped here randomly because they had a special going on. They give a "free" first visit and consultations. I should have know there was a catch to the "free" part. They told me I had advanced periodontitis, no bone left, and a severe infection, yet they refused to give me antibiotics. This condition almost killed me earlier this year, and I've been able to get no help from any doctors. I can't even get the truth from any of them.
This man told me that only thing that would help me was if he were to rip out six of my teeth and blah blah some such procedures that would cost me about $3,000 or more.
It's sad that the world has come to this, that doctors and dentists would all rather see someone die if they can't make money off them. All I needed was an antibiotic for right now. It at least would have made the infection go away for now. But I guess they were too afraid that I wouldn't come back to have all my teeth yanked out and get bridges, crowns, and dentures or whatever if I got better. So they let me leave with an infection and no antibiotics. Well, guess what? I might die, and I hope this fellah DOES lose his license for NOT prescribing the antibiotics that would have killed the infection that I've been suffering with for a year! Don't waste your time or your money here. It's just a scam. They do not care about your dental health or your physical health at all.

Dr. Creech and her assistant are every bit of amazing. I took a shot and getting a dentist closer to home and have been satisfied with the service I have received. From the front office staff to the Doctor's I have received A++++ customer service Everytime. They are exceptional with my 7 year old and made her first filling a breeze!
