I had recently been in a car accident, and as bizarre as it could possibly be, half of a tooth had popped right out when the truck behind us carelessly collided with us. Anyhow, I sought out a dentist to help get the tooth fixed.
Not having been to a dentist in quite sometime, I found my experience at the Shallowford Creek Dentistry and Dr. Ashish Kadakia to be very pleasant and comforting. The staff was extremely friendly. Their online system for confirming appointments and sending reminders was really convenient; as well as their quick emails with any needed documentations for insurance/claim purposes after the visit was helpful. I made multiple visits to this office in the course of a month and just felt comfortable, and professionally reassured by their timeliness, friendliness and credible advice.
I definitely recommend this dentist - even if you have to drive 30-40 minutes out of your way. Oh, and the fact that they're available on Saturdays was plus. Most people - like me - aren't usually free on weekdays.

Dr. Kakadia is hands down the best dentist I've ever had, and I have a challenging mouth! Kerri, Casey, Heather, and the other staff are friendly and professional. The tech is state-of-the-art. This is a really good office, I'd highly recommend giving Modern Dentistry a try.

I recently had my 2nd visit to Dr. K's office. The first was a cleaning for me and my son in which they did a GREAT job! The second was more difficult, entailing 2 crowns and a filling for me. I am not a good dental patient, just walking in the office triggers severe anxiety. Dr. K worked with me on all my idiosyncrasies. He came up with a good idea to alleviate a major concern and was so kind with my questions and crazy concerns. He has a CEREC machine which allows a permanent crown to be put on SAME DAY! It is made using a digital impression. No disgusting goop in my mouth that makes me gag or having to wear a temporary while the permanent is made and then praying it fits. It is obvious when you see Dr. K that dentistry is a passion for him, and that he is willing to make an investments in his business for the betterment of his clients. I went in shaking and came out feeling so relieved and thankful. I am referring all my family and friends to Dr. K!

After reading his business reviews and engaging in just one conversation with Dr. Ashish N. Kakadia over the phone, I had to meet him in person. Dr. Kakadia was extremely approachable and engaging. Heather, Dr. Kakadia x-ray technician helped me to feel more relaxed and Carrie the hygienist cleaned my teeth with ease, she was awesome! Best dentist l have ever had, always on time, great office staff, always gave me options on treatments. The added benefit, he has some Saturday hours. That is how I came to Dr K. My previous dentist said it would be 4 days before I could be worked in for appt. I needed help that day or at least on Monday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Front desk girl - I think her name is Summer(? so sorry if not) was so pleasant and always had a beautiful smile on her face. I'd come back just for her warmth. There's a lot of forced kindness in these higher income areas, and she brought my faith back in humanity a little bit.
