Tjis office staff us very unprofessional. Requested a appointment to have extractions and they tried to bill me for another exam and xrays . Requested my x-rays and they refused to give them to me and the office manager hung up in my face. Had to gave my periodontal office request them for me. Reported them to Better Business Bureau.

Unprofessional dental office! Had a conversation with the office explaining that most likely, my daughter's missed appt fee would not be paid, and she would most likely not be back to this office. Soon thereafter, they sent ME a confusing, poorly written, three paragraph letter, asking me not to come back to their office... I'm not even a patient?!!!! As a favor, I only called to cancel my daughter's appt since she was busy at college. My daughter has her own account. They simply didn't like the conversation and as a retaliatory measure, sent me a letter in the mail. Very harassing behavior from a business! Going to bbb.org

The dentist and his assistant were great. My only and main complaint is the administrative staff. I went to the facility on 3 different occasions and there were 3 different people at the front desk each time. When I had asked about the previous greeter, I was told that she was no longer working there. Don't get me wrong, I totally understand that people quit and/or get dismissed. But 3 people in a matter of a couple of months? I'm a firm believer that if a company cannot keep any staff around for too long, then there is something wrong with the management of the company.

Anywho, I provided them with my health insurance information on my first visit, but they somehow managed to loose that information. It wasn't until after my 3rd visit that I got a bill from the facility at my residence. This was a little concerning to me because, as stated previously, I had already given them my insurance information. I called my insurance company to find out why they haven't made the payments yet. Turns out, the dentist's office never bothered to forward the information along to my insurance! I'm not exactly sure how that "slipped by" but needless to say it was very concerning. To make a long story short: great dentist, disorganized and rude staff. I will no longer be using their services.

The staff has changed a bit, but the team they have there now seems to be working out quite nicely. Dr. Leslie Allen is fantastic and provides great dental services to her patients, taking all patients concerns and ensuring that there is a treatment plan that fits the patients' needs. The front desk staff has also improved.

I never write online reviews, however after my latest experience with this dental office, I decided to write one instead of cussing and complaining. The front office staff is very unprofessional and have no idea what is going on. I have been going to the office for approximately one year. I just received a bill in the mail for several hundred dollars from services rendered last June! I immediately called to find out the nature of the bill and was told someone would call me back. Three weeks go by and I call to follow up with them on the same bill. I ask to speak with the office manager. Oh that person does not exist. Yea sure you can help me Ms Receptionist who did not make sure I was called back last time. In the end, I take full responsibility for me not knowing my insurance waiting period but to bill me one year later?? This could've been paid and handled months ago. Who is running this circus??

I call because I had a tooth that might have been infected, They said they take walk in's / emergency IF I got there at 4:00. I got there at 4 and it took TWENTY minutes before I even got acknowledged. Then they said most likely they won't be able to see me at all. I am in pain and they suggested for me to go and wait 8 hours at the emergency room if I was in such pain. very cold customer service. and I have been a patient there for 3 years,only because it was close... I should of learned the first time when the one dentist that worked on my teeth was into pain. didn't matter how much I struggled, he pinned me down to dig the needle in deeper. like he was enjoying seeing me in pain... I put a complaint about him already.. this place is a JOKE!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN...

Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Pushes the customer to purchase unnecessary and expensive procedures (got a second and third opinion and both dentists told me so). Dentist is rude and condescending when you don’t take the bait and makes snide, underhanded remarks and treats you as if you’re stupid.

You’re a third rate dentist, not an award winning neurosurgeon, get off that soap box you call a pedestal and quit trying to rip off your customers.

Had an appointment today at 4pm. Two other people came in that the front desk staff knew well. They ended up letting those two ppl that came behind me go in front. Keep in mind my appt was at 4 pm. I sat in the waiting area for an hour. I got up to ask why did they go in front of me. They made up an excuse that they were seeing a different hygienist and my hygienist was behind. That 's bull....no way in the world I should have sat there that long. Especially when you allowed a new patient go in front of me. I over heard one of the workers say to move her friend up because he had something to do. I will never go back to this place again. After talking to the lilttle man manager he just simply took up for the front desk and asked me did I still want to wait. I got up and told him no, and his response was just "Ok". So unprofessional and don't care about the patients. I really would like to give 0 stars. You try support black businesses but this is what you get every time. I am done with this office this was not the first time they did something stupid.

The dental assistants were nice, but that's the only good thing I have to say. Twice they have charged me one amount and then later tell me that I still owed them. One of my filings came out two days later while brushing my teeth. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
