Amazing!! I do not typically like going to the dentist but this group of people made it so much more enjoyable! Very friendly, they take their time with you and answer all questions willingly. They were amazing with my kids who are 16 and 10 yrs old.

From the time I entered the building I could tell they have great leadership. Attitudes start from the top and flows down to everyone. Everyone here had a genuinely pleasant attitude. By far my best dental experience!

Debra is a wonderful hygienist!! She is very thorough, gentle and kind! Caroline took all the X-rays and was very sweet and friendly. The office manager, Bartyce, is excellent! Dr. McKenzie was also very thorough. In summary, an overall, excellent experience! This is nice to know that we have found our new dental practice!!

I went in to have a cleaning and then a crown replaced. I got the estimate and paid the amount that they thought I would owe. I had it replaced and then received the EOB from my insurance. I had already paid out more than the procedure was going to cost on my portion and had to after countless emails get my refund due. And this was a few hundred dollars. The Office manager was rude and very condescending. And then when I tried to get my x rays and the records from them transferred to another provider, guess what? They don't answer or they claim that they never got the message. I would have stayed with them as the over all experience with the doctor was professional but, that was about it. Everything else needs improvement.
Update: I have left a message per the reply and waiting to see if I am able to get my records sent to my new provider.
