My husband and I have been with Suwanee Family Dentistry since 2012. As soon as our kids were 3, they started having their teeth cleaned here as well. While there are many dentists that are much closer, Suwanee Family Dentistry is well worth the drive as their professionalism and personal service is second to none. They are always looking out for the health and well being of everyone in the family. Melissa has been our hygienist since the beginning, and her charm and compassion always make us feel right at home. I feel comfortable letting our kids go back with her because I know they will be well taken care of. She is one of the big reasons we keep coming back.

Update: Changed rating from 1 star to 4 because I received a call from Jamie (I believe, the office manager) the next day after the original post. She was very polite and got to the root of the problem, which was fixed. The doctors and clinical staff really deserve 5 stars, and I hope I will change my rating to that if there will not be more problems with billing in the future.
Original post: "Service was good, but HORRIBLE billing department. Bills are coming without explanation about what they are for. Calls are not returned when promised, and when my wife is calling them again, she is on hold for 20-30 minutes with no result, just promises that they will review the charge and call back. When called the office, my wife was told that the charge came from my deductible requirement. When she said that the total amount they charged was higher than the cost of service, they said that they were out of network (which is not true). When my wife challenged that, they said that it was from the months prior (December), then they said that the bill was from the a different appointment in November. Wow! that was a lot of story changing within one conversation! The lady ended up saying that they need to review my case and call my wife back tomorrow (again promise?). When asked what they were doing for the last two days of us calling, she could not answer. Well, here is where we are hanging now...
And so they cannot say that we may have confused their practice with another (like in onter negative reviews), this review is for Suwanee Family Dentistry on 2566 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd, Suwanee, GA."

Shady billing department. I stopped going to Suwanee Family Dentistry because I just didn't want to keep spending my time arguing with their duplicate billing issues after every single visit. After I threatened them with a lawsuit, it was no longer pleasant to keep going back there so I switched to a different dentistry.
