Best dentist facility I've ever been to and I'm 60. I came back to them after l started new job who had them as a procider. Very caring people who listen and assist in the best way. They have your best interest and the entire staff is that way. Will never go to a different dentist again.

Had my 1st visit with a cleaning. This was much more thorough of an initial visit than I have ever encountered at any other dentist! Very cutting edge! They tested, took pictures, and recorded many different things about my teeth, gums, and whole mouth! The cleaning was pleasant and I liked the people I met. I intend to continue going here and I would recommend them to you, too.

I changed to 3 because I recognize the issues of trying to manage a business during this pandemic. It did get me to get us both tested. Thankfully it was negative for both of us.

I called because my wife was coughing and asked if I could take her place. They said it was ok. When I got there they refused to see me saying I showed symptoms. I have allergies so do have frequent post nasal drip and just started shots the day before which causes some reaction as well. I appreciate the need for safety and respect that. I'd rather be safe than sorry so don't really blame them there.

My complaint is my time is valuable. If the concern was there due to my wife, why waste my time driving there and having to wait 15 minutes to be allowed in only to say they can't see me? And if you're concerned don't allow them in to begin with.

Stay safe, but communicate and have established policies all employees follow to avoid confusion and frustration.

My hygienist is Danielle. She has a way of turning what most people dread into something I look forward to. While cleaning my teeth with some menacing looking tools, she can simultaneously make me feel comforted by the way she connects with me on a personal level. I am beyond thankful to be able to call this practice “my dentist”. Every member of this staff is welcoming, and in the 10+ years of coming here I am blown away by their cleanliness and drive to provide their clients with the newest and best equipment.

I have been a patient for the past 11 years and each experience has been excellent. A pleasant and personable experience from the moment I walk in the door through checkout. I drive by several practices in order to get to Suwanee Family Dentistry but the drive is worth the experience. Excellent choice for a dentist.

I was recommended by a coworker and I am very happy with their service. I have been going for a year. Everyone who works is very nice and efficient. They are very clear with their billing, how much my insurance covers and how much I have to cover is clearly stated. The dental hygienists and dentists are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice!

Suwannee Family Dentistry has been a breathe of fresh air to me, and my family. We have had a couple of bad experiences with other offices in the past in the area. My hygienist Jakia is the best. I will not go to any other person but her. Now don’t get me wrong I really believe all the others are great. But she’s mine! Lol. I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

I've been going here for a couple years now. Everyone has been so nice and encouraging and the dentist is sweet. It's truly become a family affair.
I've been tossed between hygienists due to moves/leaves of their staff, but I'm hopeful Michelle is there to stay. She cleaned my teeth today and was meticulous yet careful with my pain. She was knowledgeable and referred to research she 's read, and as a student, I appreciated that.
