Dr. Tiara and her staff treat me very well and my teeth are so clean after a visit. Clean office, and individual suites for each client, makes the space quiet and calm. Hawaii Family Dental is the best!

Was treated amazingly through my root canal, but when I rescheduled for a cap it became a nightmare
We were first quoted a certain amount due to the insurance having a positive balance and that's what we expected to pay.
I show up to have my procedure and the balance does not correlate to the previous invoice due to an insurer change over (no one's fault), nor do I have $400 to spend out of expectation. I rescheduled.
Specifically taking off of work on a day that would cause no back flow from my absence.
When I arrived the doors were closed and other patrons tried the door for several minutes. Upon calling another branch, I learned they were in an internal meeting and had neglected to put up a sign of let their waiting patients know of the delay.
I was the first one to enter, sit, and watch as everyone behind me filed inside to the back. I had two insurances behind my dental and they quoted me at $850.00+ which was out. Of. Reason.
Anyways I express my concerns to the main branch and was given ANOTHER rescheduling on the 29th of this month.....I just got a call saying my appointment was canceled, was put on hold for 15 minutes, and hung up on.....
I'm scared of the dentist and really would have appreciated my same Dr. From my root canal, but the receptionist and health insurance coders are a joke.....
I just wanted my tooth fixed

Just finished a consultation and wanted to share what a pleasant and informative experience it was. Summer and the other hygienist (I didn't catch her name) were both professional, fun, and very thorough and made it a positive experience right off the bat. Dr. Stevens warmth and true passion for helping others was apparent as he sat and talked to me for quite some time even after we discussed how oral surgery may be a better option. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to talk to. Arleen (sp?) in accounting went above and beyond by offering to reach out to different surgeons for me to gather even more information. Overall the entire staff was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Orthodontist.

Dr Dunn and the whole staff at Bright Smiles are great. Friendly and very knowledgeable. I had extensive work done over the course of more than a year and couldn’t be happier with my results. They always made me feel comfortable and welcome and listened to my concerns and input. If I had a problem they would always do their best to get me right in and address the issue ASSP. After spending all this time with them the staff feels like Ohana.

Amazing place, really glad I found out about bright smiles just by chance. I really can't recommend them enough! Friendly staff, caring, and really good at what they do. They always do a great job with all of my dental work and everyone is super friendly. They even validate parking at a nearby garage.
