I had to get a crown while on island and it was not a good experience I had my jaw open for hours and was told by my current dentist that it was that incident that has left me with awful jaw problems. The procedure was much longer than anticipated and I continue to have problems with the crown itself. The staff was really nice and easy to work with thatโs the only thing keeping me from giving it one star but I did not recommend any of my friends to the office.

I wrote up an appointment request online, I was called the next day by the receptionist and was told sheโd call me right backโฆ.she never did. My boyfriend called the following day only to get the receptionist who was rude and hung up on him after she said she had no appointments for 2 weeks. This was after the receptionist was told that I did not have insurance. I would be a private payerโฆand sheโs going to be rude? I work in healthcare myself, this is no way to treat a patient. I wonโt be going there, and I hope this can prevent someone else from being hung up on in the near future!

The old lady receptionist is horrible . Donโt ever ask a question about you bill she will yell at you ! Iโve been mistreated by her countless times . Went today for a cleaning I had to walk out . Way to abusive . Iโm never going back

Poor front office service, always messing up what I owe (would be overcharged or undercharged and end up with bills or credits- was very messy and hard to keep track, one time they even preauthorized something the dentist recommended without talking to me and then tried to charge me for a cleaning [which should be basically free- I had to argue with the receptionist to unauthorize so that my insurance would cover my cleaning that day]).
