I never thought i would enjoy going to the dentist! Dr. Ing and entire staff are more like a Health and Welfare Bank.... You go there for depositions and extractions and you get credit miles on your happiness and comfort card.

Nora is so amazing!! I feel so comfortable going to the dentist. I always get a warm blanket and a pillow. Nora entertains me with stories… it eases any anxiety. As the massage chair works on my body, Nora works on my mouth. I love going to the dentist!!

From the first phone call to checking out after my first appointment, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. They did a thorough initial examination, and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with all the safety precautions they have in place throughout the office. The office is very nice, super clean, and relaxing with its massage chair.

First time in my life I’m leaving a review. The dental care was great but they tried to charge me a substantially higher fee twice despite being informed by the insurance company that they are not allowed to do so. At this point I cannot help but feel that they just try to get away with it or at the very least don’t care and leave it up to the patient to ensure they are being charged the right amount which is obviously very hard to know. I feel sorry for everyone who just pays what they are told to and is unknowingly getting ripped off. If you have maxed out your insurance benefits they will try to charge you a higher fee despite not being allowed to and you should call your insurance company to confirm they need to stick to the lower pre-negotiated price set by your insurance company. Even after going through all this once at length they pretended to not know the next time I had to pay and tried to overcharge me again. Great doctor, terrible front desk.
