Office. I walked in to the office on 14
June to get a second opinion for a possible tooth abscess . I was seen almost immediately by Dr Brandon Kanetani, he was gentle, very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. All of the staff was very professional and kind. I again highly recommend this dental clinic and will certainly return for any further dental work.

What a great experience at Mililani Gental Dental. Staff was very courteous, friendly, professional, and helped me along (Gentle Dental Plan, a great deal) in figuring out what I wanted to have done for my appointment. Micah, my hygienist, was EXCELLENT. Very thorough, and allayed my fears helping me to be comfortable in the dental chair. Dr. Zant is wonderful & friendly, but more importantly, VERY THOROUGH! Dr. Zant went over my xrays in detail, answered my MANY questions patiently and with humor, and gave me excellent advice to keep my teeth cavity free. Very impressed and happy!

Everyone in this dental office was concise, knowledgeable, and friendly - from the dentist, dental hygienist, front office lady, even other satisfied customers in the waiting room. They made me feel very comfortable, I enjoyed my experience. I loved how upfront and honest they were in regards to what my insurance would cover and then giving me a realistic estimate. I actually asked the hygienist quite honestly if she “liked her job”. I believe her name was Shannon, then had a similar conversation with the office lady and both ladies replied with such a positive response. They love their job, been doing it 17 years, and honestly, you could tell. Great attitudes, great work. Happy employees make happy customers - I’m happy - which is rare after leaving the dentist.

It was a great experience. They got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. Shannon, my hygienist was wonderful. (Never has such a fun time at the dentist getting my teeth cleaned.) And Dr. Bellanca was great.

I am absolutely sick of the treatment, or lack there of, coming from this location. I've left 4/5 messages over the past few MONTHS regarding my treatment plan. I am moving off island soon and IF I can get a hold of anyone over the phone (rare) they 'take a message' and no one ever gets back to me. Had I known I was going to receive this treatment I'd have gone elsewhere.
