Have been patients since moving here. Was always satisfied with service at the desk and from the dentist. Made an appointment for a cleaning, Janelle and Maria called my phone every day to confirm that appointment, I had confirmed on the phone and through text with Janelle. Maria called me and was yelling at me that they have to call and confirm and I should just cancel my appointment. I did. I hope these two ladies have a better day and that they receive phone etiquette.

Dr. McGraw was able to see me as a new patient with very little notice. The office staff was very friendly and the office felt inviting. This may very well have been the fastest dentist visits I have ever had, with virtually little to no pain. I say visits, because originally I was seen to repair a broken tooth. The office was able to schedule a same-day visit for my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Mcgraw was impressively knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and honest. I was also pleasantly surprised that both the dentist and office staff made sure I knew how much each procedure would cost before continuing, and allowing me time to make sure I wanted to continue with my requested services. The price quotes were understandable, and very clear as to what I was expected to pay once each procedure was complete. Once I agreed, the services were rendered and completed quickly and efficiently, taking just enough time to constantly make sure I was comfortable. Sometimes finding a great dentist is like pulling teeth, but I think the search is over! Aloha!
