Worst experience ever, super dirty and rude staff. We waited to be seen after two other people that came in after us and were in front of us they told us, then they told us that they didnβt have time to do my cleaning or finish my appointment because I had a question for the dentist and they are short on time. They said they would only have time to do the x-rays so basically they wanted to collect my insurance money and not do anything as far as their job goes.
All the other positive reviews must be employees and family members because this place was scary

Everyone was so nice and helpful! Really welcoming atmosphere, not like a normal dentist office at all. They also worked with us to figure out if we would save more using their discount or our insurance. Highly recommend to go here

Very professional experience I had at this dentist everyone was so friendly and helpful with my visit. They made me feel comfortable and the cleaning process was quick and relaxing and pain free unlike my other dentist back in Texas who kept poking my gums with their tools so I enjoyed this place very much

Had been a patient with them for a while, and had enough. On multiple occasions of confirming my appointment, I would get a phone call the day of the appointment to change the time, or they would change the time without notifying me. The other reason is that they wonβt perform the dental work (fillings) for my child. Only exams and cleaning.
When inside, the staff is friendly. The place is clean. If it wasnβt for the scheduling issue, I would give a higher rating.

We had to reorder my invisalign trays after these folks lost my next tree (36 37 38). By the time the trays were ready, all this pandemic lockdown stuff happened. Now that they're back open, all new orthodontic appointments need to be rescheduled by leaving a voicemail with your contact # with someone I assume is teleworking. After waiting a week, (they said 48hrs was the turnaround) I call Gentle Dental to ask what was up. The polite person on the phone said that she could schedule an appointment for me. It sounded legit... today is my appointment day but they have no known appointments scheduled for me. My new appointment is in July. I've been running the same trays since March. My new trays have been sitting in their office since April. Too much fail on these guys part but I'm kinda stuck with them.

I usually hate going to the dental office but my experience here especially with my dentist Dr. Zant, made me feel very comfortable and at ease, and always checked up on me to see if I was doing alright during my procedure! Highly recommend
