Howzit. Just had my semi annual cleaning. As usual, service was prompt,courteous and professional. Been a patient for over 30+ years and have always received excellent dental care and guidance. Have had many cleanings by both Jackie and Nicole and they are great hygienists. Knowledgeable and friendly, they care about your teeth! Dr. McGraw is the only dentist that I’d have working on me. A skilled professional that can not only repair teeth but also a dentist that will do his best to save damaged teeth from extraction. Today was the first time I have been to the dentist in about five years, yeah I'm one of those guys who's still a little kid about going. After such a long time since my last cleaning I feared the worst, not just for myself but for them as well. Let me tell you, with a clean mouth now, that McGraw & Bellanca DDS provided one of the most pleasant dentist visits I've ever had. A very friendly staff that cares about your comfort. Take it from someone who hates going to the dentist, if you're looking for dentistry work here in Hawaii McGraw and Bellanca is the place that'll put a smile on your face.

I went in for an emergency appointment as a brand new patient because my bridge broke. I was told nothing could be done for me unless I agreed to an 8k treatment plan. When I asked what I should do for the time being until I could decided how I was going to come up with 8k the female dr. hid in the back room and refused to answer my question. On top of that my 5 year old was with me, and we waited 5 hours to be seen. I've never in my life been so disappointed with the patient care, and bed side manner of a dr in my life. I already have an extremely difficult case, and being a military family I guess you just put trust that the clinics our insurance company chooses for us to utilize are trust worthy and friendly. The lady at the front Desk was amazing, but everything after her was a disaster. I'm so upset that I wasted 5 hours just to be told that I wouldn't be helped unless I signed the treatment plan and initiated an 8k out of pocket procedure. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone, and I'll be writing a formal complaint to tricare/United Concordia

Dr McGraw is a really great dentist! I've had 3 crowns, and with no pain whatsoever. The numbing injection was painless! The staff there are so nice and professional. Anna and Nicole are wonderful!
