Located upstairs of Panda Express near Costco Waipio.
Immediately greeted with warm smiles. Hands down nicest dentist office I’ve ever been to. Place is new and clean and smells pleasant. Brand new and tech savvy equipment. Even offers you to watch Netflix instead of staring at the ceiling like most places. Staff is very friendly, proficient, thorough, and professional. Dr. Palola is informative and knowledgeable, yet still personable and delightful. Can tell she takes pride in her craft. 10/10 all day.

Dr. Hurtado provides excellent dental care. He and his staff are always personable and professional. They work with a gentle touch, and are sensitive to patients' comfort, frequently asking how you're doing/feeling during procedures. I appreciate that they always take the time to explain procedures, costs and options. The office is extremely clean and hygienic, probably the cleanest dental office I've ever been to. I also like that Dr. Hurtado keeps up with current dental technologies and practices. Highly recommend Dr. Hurtado.

I've been coming to Dr Palola for several years. She is the most incredible dentist I've ever met. The office is clean, cozy and they offer blankets, neck pillows and Netflix. Everyone is warm and caring. Dr and staff explain procedures very well. Dr Palola has excellent bed side manner, and she always goes above and beyond for her patients. She referred me to an amazing oral surgeon, Dr. Kitamura, when I needed it, and took a lot of time out of her schedule to consult me over the phone. She's very thorough, there's never a wait, you don't feel rushed, and it's clear the office is excellently managed. She takes a personal interest in her patients and her work really shows it.
If that wasn't enough, she also gives back to community through various charities! She's truly a dentist from heaven, and I am so happy to have found her!

I look forward to my dental appointments! I've been with Dr.Hurtado for over 10 years when his office was still in Aiea. His office is very inviting. I love the decor, it's very neat and clean, and his awesome staff greets you by name with a smile once you walk in. It's always a pleasant experience!

The whole staff are warm and friendly people. Professionals, well experienced, excellent service, clean, great inviroment area and perfect location closer to Costco, food, and other services. Adrienne was my Dental Hygienist and has a gentle touch and I'm very comfortable with her. I definitely recommend it to my whole family and friends and other families too.

Awesome staff! Friendly and professional. Up-to-date technology and also gave me options (procedures & payments). My family goes here. And for those who is afraid of the dentist (some of my family members), Dr. Hurtado and staff accommodate & tend to your needs while making you feel comfortable and welcome. Thx guys!!!

edit: just went recently for cleaning for my 2 sons, but had to wait a while (half hour) to take care of payment and schedule next visit. Staff is still awesome and friendly.

First of all, the girls at Palola dental is beyond kind and aaaaamazing. My appointment was to get my fillings done. From the first greeting from their lovely receptionist Beth, to being seated in the patient chair by Talia (sp) and my fillings procedure by Dr. Palola.

The service that I received was like no other. As I was being walked to my room Talia asked if I needed a blanket and/or pillow. She was also very polite and thorough as to what the process will be like. Talia had another colleague with her whom I believe was in-training but she as well did a very good job. They were so professional from start to finish.

Dr. Palola was super fast and comforting throughout my fillings procedure. I really don’t like visiting the dentist and try to refrain from being there at all possible cost. But because Dr. Palola & her staff makes things so much better I don’t mind going. With my tiny mouth and Dr. Palola’s small light hands, going to the dentist to get my fillings done made things less traumatic and painful.

If ever you’re looking for an upbeat, positive, professional place to get dental work done, seek no further, Dr. Jackie Palola is your go to.

The ladies who work here are incredible, friendly, thorough and helpful. I was nervous to find a new dentist but I am so glad I found this one. They were great listeners and took into consideration my opinions, observations, and suggestions. Office is clean and well organized.

This is the first dental office I have ever been to that allows you to watch tv while you're in the chair! This is great for me because it makes me feel more at ease. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about they're work. Dr. Hurtado is an awesome dentist. His goal for every patient is to make sure we have a healthy smile and feel comfortable about ourselves. I'd recommend this dental office to anyone.

Excellent experience!! Location is convenient. Parking is limited, but their staff are friendly and very knowledgable. Dental Hygienist is very personable and handles your exam with care. Dr. Hurtado is also very friendly and seems to sincerely care about and tend to the issues in your dental hygiene. I would definitely recommend anyone to his practice.
